Jigsaw has disappeared.

With his new apprentice Amanda (Shawnee Smith), the puppet-master behind the cruel, intricate games that have terrified a community and baffled police has once again eluded capture and vanished. While city detectives scramble to locate him, Doctor Lynn Denlon (Bahar Soomekh) is unaware that she is about to become the latest pawn on his vicious chessboard.

One night, after finishing a shift at her hospital, Lynn is kidnapped and taken to an abandoned warehouse where she meets Jigsaw (Tobin Bell), bedridden and on the verge of death. She is told that she must keep the madman alive for as long as it takes Jeff (Angus Macfayden), another of his victims, to complete a game of his own. Racing against the ticking clock of Jigsaw's own heartbeat, Lynn and Jeff struggle to make it through each of their vicious tests, unaware that he has a much bigger plan for both of them...

The film is directed by Darren Lynn Bousman (Saw II), with story by franchise originators Leigh Whannell and James Wan (Saw, Saw II) and screenplay by Whannell.

I hope this one will be interesting, Saw II wasn't what I had expected it to be. Saw I was a lot better. Anywho, looking forward to watching this one too.

OMG! I CANT WAIT FOR THIS!!! i enjoyed SAW 1 the best... SAW 2 was too under developed but i still enjoyed it...and now I WANNA watch SAW 3... this movie always gives me the creeps... but i still wanna watch it...ahhhh so excited!

i've only watched saw 1.. i want to watch saw 3.. but before that i must watch saw 2.. i heard it was better than the second one.. but who knows?

saw II fell short compared to the first one.

i hope they'll have a better storyline with the 3rd...

I've only seen the first one. That was pretty good. Overrated though. And the acting sucked lol. But it was entertaining and original, and I liked that.

I've been planning on seeing the second one. I'm sure it's not as good though.

I guess if I like the second one I might go see the third one. Just cause it'll be rated R and I want to take advantage of that because I turn 17 three days before it comes out lol.

My favorite person [just so I could laugh at him with my friends] was the stupid mexican guy...

When he got mad at the girl for not getting the key...when he put the skin in his pocket....he had like the best moments
