If the drama will be aired from September on, when do you think the first teaser or trailer will be released or shown? Or maybe some marketing pictures? I don't know how it is usually with K-Dramas. :D

Most official pics and posters are released around 5/4 weeks before the release. 1st teaser is aired around two weeks before the first episode. Around that time the real fest for fans begins - interviews, behind the scenes etc.

I hope that Daniel Henney will start to post some pics from the Fugitive on his twitter account. At the current moment for me it would be the main reason to accept the fact that he is one of the cast

Thank you Kicia for the information! Ok, then from beginning of August the festival can begin. Call me crazy, but just to think about it, to see Rain acting in Korean - YES!!! I could scream like a teenage girl.

Hahahaha, loved your remark about DH and that after all his participation is acceptable if he puts some pictures on his twitter account.

07.12.10 [News] Han Jung Soo to Make Cameo Appearance in ‘Runaway’

han_jung_soo.jpg?w=490&h=483

Korean actor Han Jung Soo (‘Prosecutor Princess’, 2010) has confirmed to make a cameo appearance in the action-spy Korean drama ‘Runaway’. The request comes from the drama’s director and writer, PD Kwak Jung Hwan and Chun Sung Il, who both ever co-worked with Jung in a hit Korean drama ‘Chuno’ aka ‘Slave Hunters’ which aired in early year.

Jung will appear as a corruption detective in the drama which tells about the reemergence of a hefty amount of money after 60 years disappeared during Korean War.

The drama’s producer also revealed that despite ‘Runaway’ has an action-spy genre, the drama will be made in romantic comedy genre. This is interesting, considering PD Kwak and writer Chun has made ‘Chuno’ in heavy and serious content, I expected that ‘Runaway’ will have a same atmosphere. (Well, it looks better somehow…)

‘Runaway’ is aimed to release in September, following bake-themed Korean drama ‘King of Baker, Kim Tak Goo’.

[Jul-14-2010] Hong Kong's actor 'Jeung Ji Wi' (曾志偉) will appear on drama 'Runaway' starring Rain, regardless of whether the guarantee is given.

Hong Kong's famous actor and director 'Jeung Ji Wi' (曾志偉) will appear on KBS TV's new drama 'Runaway' starring Rain.

He‘s been cast as the business partner of 'Kai' ('Daniel Henney' plays the role) who is 'Ji Woo's (Rain's role) friend in the drama.

It is known that 'Jeung Ji Wi' expressed interested in 'Runaway' which will be shot in Asia's cities such as Tokyo, Osaka, Shanghai, Beijing, Macao, Hon Kong, Thailand's cities, etc. and affirmed his willingness to appear on the drama, "I'd really like to appear on the drama, since I don't mind not receiving any payment for it."

As Korean dramas have proven so popular in Asia hit by the 'Korean Wave' of cultural exports, there is a craze for popular Korean Wave Stars (Hanryu Stars) even in Hong Kong, that seems to be the factor that affected his decision.

'Runaway' starring Rain is a tale that takes place, while a large sum of money which disappeared in 1950 on the Korean War reappears in 2010, 60 years have passed since then.

'Runaway', the most anticipated drama of the latter half of 2010, will be aired through KBS 2TV at the end of September.
