Well I was wondering about eye surgery that widens the inside corners.

But then is there a type of surgery that widens the outside corners, too?

Just thought that would be more unnoticeable, if you will.

I think there's a surgery where they cut the inside corner of your eyes to make them bigger.

surgery to make the eyes wider horizontally? yeah, it does exist.
