help

hello!

my computer was working perfectly when i play games like house of the dead and even cooking dash and the likes unfortunately however, it stopped working and it displays the ialmrnt5 device is not working properly ..... will prompt on the screen. after i click on esc the screen will turn big and resolution will change.

i have already checked online for help on this matter and it doesn't work. i have already updated my driver but still no changes. what seems to be the problem and what shall i do to fix it. please help.

here are my specs:

Windows XP Prof

Service Pack 2

Display Driver: Intel 82845 G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphics Controller Version 6.14.10.4342

System Devices: Intel 82845 G/GL/GE/PE/GV/E Processes to I/O Controller 2560

originally my system devices is the same as the display driver, it change to the current one because i tried to update the previous driver. i wonder why it changed to the I/O controller.

i am really confused and losing hope. please help me.

You can try doing a system restore to a time your PC worked fine, or buy and install a new videocard.
