I think we do it because we are bored and find it playful xP

My mom always wanted to bite me when I was younger because my skin was smooth, and I apparently smelled like chocolate chip cookies.... .__. Other than that, I've never heard of instances of girls biting guys. If you find it awkward or just a bit nasty (considering the teeth marks and saliva) then you can always tell them to stop.
