Story : Kwon Oh Bok (Kim So Eun) who sells her hand-made merchandise out of a street-side stall to earn her livings upon coming alone to seoul in search of her dad, had the ill-fortune to encounter an irascible man, Jang Dae Han (Jin Yi Han) who is the design leader for a large company. Their 'ongoing battle' eventually unfolds into a love triangle between them and her old hometown oppa, Han Ki Chul (Kang Eun Tak) who looks after her.

Oh Bok gets to know Min Guk (Lee Hyun Jin) upon 'saving' his life when she thought he was trying to commit suicide. And just as Dae Han opens up his feelings to Oh Bok, his first love and mother of his son "Choi Mi Ran" (Lee Sung Min), the only daughter to a chaebol of a food company who had moved to the States for an arranged marriage, returns to korea after six years as a divorcee to reconnect with her life again with him and their son. But it is already too late as Dae Han and their son already have Oh Bok in their hearts.

Cast

Kwon Oh Bok (Kim So Eun) is a a 19-year-old young woman/orphan who refuses to give up her dream of becoming a top illustrator. Because she grew up poor (and is still struggling), she is extremely frugal, and maintains an optimistic outlook on things. Kwon Oh Bok has nothing that she can call her own in her life-time, not even the little room that she stays in. However, her hot temper will flares whenever she witness any injustice.

The Jang family

- Grandmother, Na Kkeut Soon

She is a kind and active grandmother who ended up living next-door to a life-long friend whose son had died.

- Father, Jang Jung Nam

A warm and kind-hearted man who works as a Drug Administration Manager, he cannot tolerate dishonesty the most.

He finds himself getting into an unexpected battle because of his mother.

- Mother, Yoon Seon Hee

An easy-going, wise and liberal mother to all her kids, she suddenly suffers from fatigue because of her mother in-law's actions.

- Eldest son, Jang Dae Han

Jang Dae Han is a design team leader, has graduated from a top university and has a successful career. But he has a painful past experience with love and is currently raising a six year old young son on his own. He lives with his family in a three generation house and has to deal with the problems that are caused by his siblings and grandmother along with his parents. He thinks that he has lost all hope in love until Oh Bok appears..

- Second son, Jang Min Guk

Curiosity, imaginative and always dreaming of making it rich, Jang Min Guk has always been the problematic son in the Jang family. He has been having a crush on his high-school teacher, Lee Kang Hee who is already married at that time since his first year in high-school.

- Youngest daughter, Jang Man Se

Jang Man Se is a materialistic young woman with a princess complex who models for an internet shopping mall. She has always thought that she has to marry a rich man to enjoy a good life and is even willing to do plastic surgery to reach her goal. Man Se is interested in Kang Sang Jun, a playboy who is the only son of a businessman and she struggles to get his attention.

- Grandson, Jang Dok Rip

He is the son that Choi Mi Ran abandoned when she leaves for her arranged marriage with another man. He gets caught in the middle of a conflict when his mother returns.

The Kang Family

- Father, Kang In Soo

He has the timid and gentle soul of a good man. He doesn't look down on people although he is rich but because he is so scared of his wife, he couldn't bring himself to go against her even when he knows that she is at fault.

- Mother, Cha Yeon Sil

She is the actual person who is managing their family business. Always proudly confident and capable, she believes in her son, Sang Jun. But she suffers from a painful betrayal and becomes bitterly disappointed with him.

- Son, Kang Sang Jun

As the second generation to succeed his family business, Sang Jun has never been lacking of any woman due to his good looks and family background. He meets Man Se accidentally and became charmed by her instead.

The Lee Family

- Widow, Lee Kang Hee

Her husband died years ago when she was still teaching Min Guk in high-school. Although she feels the emotion of love from Min Guk, she was unable to accept him yet as she still can't forget her dead husband.

- Brother in-law, Seo Dong Sik

He and his family lives off the money earns by Kang Hee.

- Brother in-law's wife, Kim Nam Suk

She is always thinking of ways to get money from Kang Hee.

- Niece, Seo Hyo Ri

- Min Guk's friend, Ha Sol Ji

She is a smart orphan who is tough and behaves crazier than anyone else around her. Her heart beats whenever she sees Min Guk whom she knew is only looking at Kang Hee. But she isn't just going to give up on her love just like that no matter how frustrating it might be.

- Min Guk's college friend, Choi Ki Chul

He is an upright man who only seems warm and tender on the inside. Being Oh Bok's childhood friend and close Oppa, he saves and helps Oh Bok whenever she needed someone by her side. By the time, he discovers that he has fallen for the cheerful Oh Bok, her heart is already moving to someone else.

- Dae Han's ex-girlfriend, Choi Mi Ran

She is the only daughter of a tycoon who finds herself with an unexpected pregnancy when she and Dae Han were both still students. However, her parents sent her to the United States for an arranged marriage after forcing her to give up on her child. She came back to Korea six years later after getting a divorce, hoping to get back together with Dae Han and her son. But Oh Bok is now the only woman that both Dae Han and Dok Rip acknowledges in their lives.

- Oh Bok's father, Kwon Lee Moon

He has an irresponsible nature and there is nothing at all which he does right for even once. Although he always tries to treat his daughter well, he is nothing but a burden to Oh Bok whenever he is around.

I kind of like the casts for this sitcom.

Yeay, Kim So Eun is the lead actress and I've been waiting for this time to come.

The plot seems interesting, plus Seo Hye Rim and Jung Da Young are some actresses that I'm looking forward to watch.

I really like JDY in Unstoppable Marriage. hopes that she'll get a lot of scenes too, but since there are so many actors/actresses, I doubt that she will though.

Meanwhile Sang Jun's Aunt, Kang Hee (Kim Mi Sook) falls for her friend's son, Min Gook who is in his twenties and gets into a love triangle with (Jung Da Young) who is in love with Min Gook as well.

It's true that the storyline is very common, it's the same type as "You Are My Destiny" and "Pure 19" actually.

But this kind of drama has never failed to give this certain addiction to watch it. And I found myself engrossed to the story even more.

Can't wait to watch it.

It's good to know that there's also Kim Mi Sook in this drama. I adore her in Brilliant Legacy.
