esskeigh
ughhhhOkay, I don't know where I should start.... hmm... This is really frustrating and I never noticed this before but.. 1. I noticed that every time I store some pictures on photobucket and then try to save them on my PC again later, the pictures become smaller/worse in quality. Is that a photobucket problem? Are there better image hosts that won't do that to my pictures? 2. I also noticed that the same thing happened when I sent some pictures through email. Is there a format I can save the pictures in so that they won't keep shrinking and getting worse in quality?
froggy604
I believe a lot of image hosts shrink your files to save space. You can try uploading your pictures to http://skydrive.live.com or Mozy.com which gives you 2GB of free hosting. http://mozy.com/ or anyother free file/webhosting site. You can zip your photos in a Zip folder file with Winzip or Winrar and sending it by e-mail. The size would be smaller and your e-mail program won't compress your files. Guest hunterheart
I recommend imageshack.us especially for my graphic posters and works. They save the quality and won't reformat unless upon request. It's free too and you don't need to sign up to save your photos (but I did anyways)!
