I just finished watching the first episode and I loved it!!! Gah...it was so good. It was totally unexpected because most of the other food dramas weren't any good to me. Love the pace, the witty conversations, and I'm already starting to like the characters from the drama already. I have high hopes for this...

omg the first episode was LOVE. but i can't believe he fired all the females!!! but it happens in reality and in other professions as well. omg too many exciting things happened in just the first episode. the oil scene was an action scene in itself lol. i love hyun wook (lsg's character) and his anger issues. way to grip viewers! i watched hyun wook's 'berserk' scenes multiple times lol.

seriously, watching lsg reminds me of ghj in queen seondeok - he's totally in character. you just know he's putting 100% in every movement and word of his character. he's living and breathing the character and adding his own artistic flavor into it. it's so rare to see actors who can do this. i'm glad lsg was given a role to show his talent. and ghj is as cute as ever!!! i'm so glad her character isn't a clutzy airhead. she was so competent in the opening kitchen scene omg. makes me excited for her growth as a chef throughout the drama. honey and alex's characters seem pretty predictable though; she's going to be the remorseful ex-flame who's bent on getting hw back and he's going to be yk's playful, reliable guy friend who'll help her with her job/hw troubles. but the drama seems like it has a good script, strong characters, and clean directing/editing so i'm excited to see more.

Out of the 4 new premieres, this is my favorite, I never really got into GHJ even in the teacher drama with GY and rain... But i love her character here, it's not irritating kind of cute but she's so adorable<33 I never really find her pretty but i guess she grew on me because of this drama. It's a great start. Alex and Honey Lee adds up the smex for the screen...

LSK, first time seeing him so fierce and charismatic, he's always charismatic but he got that "good guy" vibe usually unlike in this drama, badass.. He's like the korean version of Gordon Ramsay, screaming at his employees and SO scary...

The soundtrack is very pleasant, i like the ending song. Overall, i like the tone of this drama, i hope this drama continues to be good, it have potential...

Lee Seon Gyeon's indeed bringing the drama on with his charismatic acting. Absolutely loved it when he tried to flirt with GHJ's character. <3333

Ep 1 was a pretty exciting episode albeit a lil too predictable. Hyun Wook does remind me a bit of Kang Mae, esp when he screams and shouts. But damn, LSG cannot get any hotter than that. He's just LOVE~~

So anybody caught Ep 2 today? Did GHJ's character leave?

I was afraid that I'd be disappointed again like I have been lately with dramas after hearing from everyone about how charismatic LSK is but this time, my expectations have definitely been met. I spent most of the first episode (before he started screaming at everyone) sighing over his character and the way he's acting it in this drama. I definitely can't wait for the next episode!
