japanese/korean schools in ny

does anyone's parents make them go to a japanese/ korean school in ny?

like my parents make me go to chinese school... which i loath...

what i really want to learn in korean/ japanese...

dos anyone know where therez a korean/japanese school in ny? i really wanna go!

like i tried learning the language online and tapes and watever but it didnt really help...

can u guys please tell me the location of these places and the name and if possible the tuition ?

There's usually Korean school in churches. Or Saturday Korean school at a local middle or high school

I used to attend korean school in my church, but i stopped going two years ago. xD

Many NY highschools teach japanese.

Korean...I think alot of churches and korean tutor places teach it but they're targeted towards koreans. =\

Theres alot in Bayside, Queens ^^;; But I don't think its a good idea to go there..

I went to the Korean School of New York. It sounds fancy, but it really aint that fancy. We met at John F. Kennedy High School in the Bronx.

I only heard of Korean churches, but I never heard of Korean schools.

but other than that, i had to attend chinese school when i was little. =x

i just signed up for Nodutdol's Korean classes...its 200 for an 8 week session or 160 if you're low income...which is great.

if your interested i'd register now cuz classes fill up hella fast

For Japanese there's one on east 47th st. Japan Society is the building, You can read there site for more info. I was learning there for the summer, it was like 20 or less in each class.
