why can't i start new topics ?

I was reading some where and someone mentioned you have to post 3 different posts on 3 different topics to get out of the new members. You will be prompted to members when you have completed the posts. You have to double check to make sure.

Najaira, you should try posting a post on three or more different threads. For example, you should post on the general discussion thread and more on posts on different threads.
