A Journey to Paradise, with a World Tour

Humans have this longing, of a place where all needs and dreams are met. As we progress

through life, we see that it takes trials and tribulations to know what Paradise is about, only

to finally discover it is always within our reach. Yet reaching it takes a mandatory shift in

one’s perspective - because Paradise is not a place, it is a state of being.

I am one of the newer fans of Kim Hyun Joong. Never before had I associated myself with a

fandom, but here I am. When I first came across Kim Hyun Joong’s work, I had not been in

any previous contact with Korean music or drama. Yet his influence as a musician and actor

is what has helped me broaden my cultural horizons and get the inspiration for my very first

travels outside my continent of origin. I have since repeatedly visited South Korea and

Japan, making friends and gaining so much, as a person. For that, I am happy and thankful!

I am a proud fan of Kim Hyun Joong. Probably equally because of his artistry and his story. Perfection and human nature may not be a total match, but they sure are complementary in forging one’s spirit and Kim Hyun Joong is an example of that. This artist and person truly is an inspiration for many people across the entire world. An inspiration to manifest strength and authenticity even in times of many volatile values and unfavourable circumstances. An example that hard-work pays off. Success is ultimately measured in accomplishing what really matters for one’s life journey. Do we live up to our truth and find our Paradise, or remain in a realm of illusion?

There are some words of wisdom attributed to Buddha that now come to mind: “Three things cannot be long hidden: the Sun, the Moon, and the Truth.” So, if you’re wondering how or why Kim Hyun Joong has stayed here and keeps going, you must reflect on how it is precisely the times of haze that give one’s strength and true gain. Kim Hyun Joong and his fandom, Henecia, are proof that truth not only prevails in an enduring way, but also that love is the only way to move forward. More so, that a step-by-step walk and reconstruction process may result in superior results, achieving that authentic, solid self-realization. This is the New Way he is singing about in his full-length album released in South Korea this last February. An album with a worldwide outreach.

I encourage everyone here who is yet to get to their break through moment, to contemplate bringing peace to their present, irrespective of the situation they are faced with, so that healing can begin. Just like Kim Hyun Joong sings it, “reach the Heaven’s glow”! Gear up for the next phase of your own incredible journey, and open up to hearing Kim Hyun Joong’s message!

Stay tuned for stories with the occasion of June 16th’s fan meeting in Paradise City, South Korea, as well as from the new drama announced, the new album expected to soon come out digitally, and the World Tour set to start in August!

A Rainbow in the Summer Sky: Kim Hyun Joong Birthday Project #DazzlingJune

If you live in Seoul or plan on visiting this month, be ready to embrace its dazzling aura. And

even if your footsteps do not carry you there in person, its glow may still reach you - and that

is because the month of June brings several reasons to celebrate. One of them is certainly

the birthdays of renowned Korean artists.

Fans have a sharp eye on opportunities and sometimes their success is quite impressive,

matching that of their idols. Indeed the power of love fans have for their favorite artist is a

strong force; one that dazzles in its unique way. Combine it with the easy access to working

online to achieve goals, and there you go… It succeeds in connecting minds and hearts in

ways never seen before.

And that is exactly the case of Henecia, the Korean singer / composer / actor Kim Hyun

Joong’s fanbase from across the world. Among other projects, this year Henecia chose to

express their appreciation and support by entering a Happy Birthday Event hosted by a

dedicated South Korean online platform. Henecia accomplished their target with an

astounding percentage of 2100%. This makes it the highest accomplished rate to date,

according to records available on the platform.

Henecia had wished for its brilliant June, under a rainbow of open possibilities, inspired by
the project concept and strengthened by its own unique diversity. Some Henecia contributed
individually, others coordinated actions with their local group, and they all showed the zeal in
keeping each other informed and motivated throughout the process. Experienced users on
the platform made sure new volunteers were able to join the project at any moment without
any glitch. Therefore, Henecia’s achievement demonstrated wit and grit, in a display of
cohesion and engagement, providing the pure energy of celebration.

How does this relate to others?

First, it tells a story of true love, ‘giving and receiving’ as well as of unity, which define
nothing but the celebration of life. Whilst Henecia members come from quite different cultural
backgrounds, each of the inhabited continents being represented, they acknowledge what
connects them and build upon that. They share ideas and implement those into reality. On a
lighter note, some are very keen on a sound appetite for food and quite often there are
references of a virtual ‘Henecia Eats’ in their daily conversations on food and recipes. Perhaps their tastes and skills can only be challenged by Kim Hyun Joong himself, if the
recent videos on his YouTube are any indication to that.

Secondly, what Henecia has achieved with the Birthday Event will be reflected in promotion
all over Seoul, during this glorious month of June - as starry signs and displays on subway
stations, cinema theatre, tourist buses. Echoes of love will reach from faraway Henecia
lands, if you will keep your eyes, ears and heart open, in the anticipation of Kim Hyun
Joong’s World Tour scheduled for the second half of 2019.

Kim Hyun Joong is an artist with an active presence for over 14 years in the entertainment

industry, and a global fanbase that has grown in response to his incredible works as an
actor, singer, composer, producer, and an advocate of social causes. His fanbase name was
established in 2011 and it is a combination of the first letter of his name and ‘benecia’, Latin
word for “blessed”.

Kim Hyun Joong released the full-length ‘New Way’ album in February 2019, followed by the
New Way South Korea Tour which attracted both local and international fans. A new album
is currently being finalized.

A PR Ambassador for Paradise City, South Korea, Kim Hyun Joong will host a fan meeting
