If I “read” it right from DC, I think LYJ comes from a noble family who has a relationship with her adopted Japanese parents.  Her Japanese family is prestigious.  The prosecutor and LYJ know each other from childhood.  OK guys, I could be all wrong, but it does sound reasonable.  Just imagine what you like.

The story is not interesting and the characters setting are boring, I don't know how they can save this drama.  

I have no high expectations for DD, hopefully they can surprise me.

As long as the pair has great chemistry and he’s cute like ramen boy then I don’t see why not.  See how popular the Song couple is in 49 Days.  Also, there are quite a bunch of people actually shipping Soo Gyum &Jung Hye duo in Avengers too, despite knowing it’s impossible.  Vaiduakhu, May and Samecut are three of them in the bottom of the sea on that crashing ship.  I can understand.  The interactions between Soo Gyum & Jung Hye are indeed tempting shippers’ hearts, especially the way he looks at her in dreamy state.

 

Forgot to ask whether you would be planning on shipping either FuJin or BoJin in DD?

Yes, that script reading is from Ms. Temper.  After I posted, I’ve gone back to checking on MT for confirmation.

 

May I ask what is your fav genre, Avalon?

 

Here’s a real experience for me.  Fantasy isn’t my cup of tea, but 49 Days has becoming my second fav drama of Yowon after QSD up to this point.  It has great story, very meaningful and thought-provoking theme.  Plus, the acting is excellent.  I didn’t expect I would love 49 Days so much, and now look how it is on the top of my list just below my most precious QSD.  And that’s saying a lot.

 

Although the subject matter/characters settings are not too keen for you at the moment, you might never know for sure till you watch it.  If it’s not for the story, at least you can look forward to the acting.  I’m expecting stellar performances from the 3 main characters, and certainly most from Yowon for her complex character description.  She would have quite a lot of emotional conflicts with her parents who raised her up, in addition to the prosecutor.  Also, the transition of her demeanor, gestures or expressions from the surgeon to secret agent should be interesting.

I second QSD. 

Although so far from official and unofficial info, the drama's pattern looks like typical Korean-drama, I expect sth special wait for us ahead: action scenes, bloody surgeries,... Never judge a book by its cover, it's said. Actually, just LYW's appearance and the "spy" thing are special to me already, haha. 

In my experience, I didn't expect much from LYW's ASC from the beginning. I was like "ok, another LYW's stuff to watch", but the whole set after that proved me deadly wrong. The drama is so so so pleasant and hilarious and touching... For me, among LYW's dramas, it's the most relaxing one (don't be fooled by its title, haha).

Btw, QSD is the most addicting drama (my Guinness record in term of the amount of time to finish a long series), SBDH is the most inspiring and motivating one, PH is the most touching, 49 days is the most angst, EOG is the most headached one. And NL is the most bada$$ (in term of LYW's character) and... gayest one, I guess
