@Konoha_RockLee, you ready to type in all the members of the girl groups for the results post? haha, well it's gonna be hard since DT edited the elimination rounds & really only spotlighted the winners. So you're mainly just gonna have to bone up on Sonamoo, WA$$UP, & a couple of others.

Shame that some of the gals that I really wanted to see didn't get much screen time like I was looking forward to Geonhee from Purfles but she only got a quick glimpse from the camera. She could be Yoojin's twin from BGs   The one I wanted to see from Sonamoo didn't get a chance either

but seeing Soyul back on again made up for it! LOL at Euijin picking Soyul cuz of her size not realizing she's pound for pound one of the toughest idols to ever appear on DT -- props to Euijin tho' for not backing down & saying she's up to the challenge once MC CM told her about it. of course that didn't prevent her from being easy pickings for Soyul hehe

man, the finals between Shim Euddeum and ATT's Yu Jeong was a sweep 2-0 by Yu Jeong but could've easily been the other way around. Shim Euddeum was overly aggressive & seemed to have the power advantage & I don't know if Yu Jeong's martial arts background came into play but she let Shim Euddeum's bull rush tactics backfire big time haha...props to Yu Jeong tho' cuz she proved she's a tough cookie herself.

ok, caught that Dance Festival #3 Muscle Queen dance sport ep & first off, the official KBS website left out Yoo So-young on the guest list and she appears?! how the hell do you leave off the defending champ?   I should have trusted my eyes instead of the KBS site lol...so there are 14 contestants total instead of the 12 listed at KBS as they also left out Lee Eun-kyung as well.

anyway, enough about the incompetence of the KBS site...the real story here was the face-off between Junghwa & Seungah. I'm totally biased towards these two & I preface my opinion by saying I dunno know chit about dance sport from a hole in the wall but those two really impressed me! Both looked graceful and elegant especially Junghwa with ther long azz legs. It was cool seeing Junghwa's mom there to support her and she even got in some aegyo which was cute.   In the end I have to agree with the judges decision to give Seungah & her partner the nod over Junghwa.

They got the lightweights out the way this ep & it continues next week with part 2 with the heavies competing. It's gonna be an intense battle between the 3 faves Choi Ye-jin, Stepanie & yoo So-young. I'd be stunned if one these 3 doesn't walk away with the crown next week. But for now I can bask in the glory of Seungah being the top dog!

well, this week's ep was the heavies putting on a show & I dunno anything about dance sport but I wasn't surprised that Choi Ye-jin won it. I had a feeling she was the favorite going into part 2 and that it would take a helluva perf from the others or a terrible mishap from her to derail her title. Having said that, I thought Stephanie, Sojin & So-young all had a chance to dethrone her as #1. Nothing wrong with Choi Ye-jin's perf and she certainly took a risk by going against tradition with the Matrix themed cha-cha-cha concept but I didn't get into her routine as much as I did with Stephanie, Sojin and So-young Especially Sojin's cuz that Mirae OST from Descendants of the Sun fit perfectly with her rumba dance...shame she made that balance error.

The best reaction the entire ep was So-young's grannie when she found out that she lost to Choi Ye-jin haha...no fake emotion for the TV here, just genuine disappointment at the result & then some half-hearted golf applause.

well, it finally came to an end after 7 years. Can't say I'm surprised as the show has really hit the skids of late and they totally changed the original spirit of the show plus MC CM getting a DUI didn't help either. Started back in 1999 then ran for 4 yrs and was reborn in 2009. So who knows tho'? maybe DT S3 will be resurrected in an other 10 yrs lol. A lot of memories but my fave male athletes who were regulars or semi-regulars from S2 will always be Kwon Tae-ho and among the idols, I was always partial to the dude who left 100% (chit, I don't even know his name off hand but I called him bushyeyebrows on the show). Fave female athletes were too numerous to mention but Soyul from CP is up there.

Ah sanghoon too bad they did not put him in more eps. My favorite idol was jota after he was the underdog in monster box and then in the next monster box ep he went on to set the record. I agree with you on kwon tae ho.
