Hp Printer Offline

hi!

i cannot print using my hp printer, since it says offline. though i change it to print online, its still the same.

what seems to be the problem. it is connected to the laptop, but i can't print.

please help.

Anyways, make sure the wires are connected to your computer. If it still does not work, re-install the disk that the HP printer came with (it should come with it). Re-install that disk, and it should work fine (=
