Sea really knows how to push Baby's buttons but in a friendly way... probably he listens to Music High too cos some days before that episode aired, someone text in to Music High saying "Kim Hyun Joong, I loved your show Boys Over Flowers", which annoys Baby a little cos it's not the first time pple do that.

Finally got down to watching the teaser trailer. I was too busy working on my overdue essay. *sigh*

Hmm... it looks interesting but I don't really get the story line. I hope Hyung Jun has lotsa scenes in it. Oh and the fighting scenes, every time Baby gets hit I felt a bit sad. It was kind of like watching a puppy get hit, you know.

Possible upcoming scenes from Progamer?

As the second ranking team, MBCGame Hero will play in the semi-finals. This will be held on 27th Mar, 1pm. If they win this, they will play KT (Coach Ha, please play Bo Sung as your last player this time!) in the finals on 3rd Apr.

On 28th Mar is Light's birthday, 29th Mar is Sea's birthday. Possibility of any one of the above events being in the final episode? 50%. Possibility of there being either a one episode special in Apr or a second season? 20% (but the Korean fans are calling for it though).

I think they should film a second season. I know the album is coming out in May and there's a concert in Japan too but by the end of May Hyung Jun's schedule will be free again and MBCGame will still be playing in the 4th round of the Proleague (Winners League is the name for the 3rd round). Maybe they can change the name to Hyung Jun Becomes a Team Mascot? I dunno, lol...

Black City is kind of over-dued isn't it? What's up with the production team??? I almost forgotten about this Black City teledrama already. I heard Hyung Jun finished filming that show last Apr-May... and by now is still not out yet?! *big sigh*

but it's good in a way...giving us Hyung Jun in small doses over a longer period of time... keeps us going longer

Filming for that MBC Hyung Jun Becomes A Pro-gamer show for a second season? *shrugs* well..mm I don't know. The boys (SS501) contract are ending this June and we have yet to heard of any further update on that. Keeping fingers crossed....

Note: This is not actually the last episode. The 9th and 10th episodes will be about the tournament they are filming today and possibly scenes from @play and hopefully some extra footage with the MBC team (fingers crossed) as well. The "Real Heroes Final Evaluation" that is mentioned on the internet is a half hour show they aired before Progamer today. I'm not sure what it is about but I'm assuming it's a summary of Hyung Jun's progress to date.

Almost 7pm in Korea, the evaluation should be over by now but still no news. There's probably something floating around on blogsites but I'm not good at using Korean search engines. *sigh*.

The MBC team line-up for the football match:

Manager: Ha Tae Ki

Goalkeeper: Coach Lee

They played on an actual pitch. The SKT player was taking a freekick and Hyung Jun stuck out his foot in front of his own goal-mouth. The ball deflected off his foot and into the net. Ha Tae Ki was "furious", started screaming. LOL!

Korean news media actually reported it wrongly? In the show Hyung Jun's own goal did not equalise for SKT at 2:2, it actually gave SKT a 2:0 lead. So MBCGame came back from 0:2 down to win. ^^

Bo Sung is indeed quite awesome at football.

Hyung Jun tried to mark Boxer (Im Yoo Hwan) but got hit by the ball and the he got hit by the ball from Shark =(

Ha Tae Ki screamed instructions from where he was sitting with the MBC Caster (that's what they call progaming commentators) and the SKT manager.

In the second half, Shark and Pusan came on as substitutes.

Hmm... a little worried about the outcome of his final evaluation. They said he would play yeon-seup-saeng (practice partners/trainees) but he's actually playing those who already have a license, the most junior members of the team. Oh dear.

I read the post but no official word from the progammer PDs on this. Kinda sad actually. Not so much at the result but it just seems so abrupt. After watching episode 8 I kept thinking, it's going to end soon already? It seemed like he just bonded with the rest of the team and now it's ending so soon. There just seems to be a lack of conclusion to this whole show. I'm not satisfied. =( There are so many question unanswered. So what happens to Baby and his starcraft aspirations? What happens to the MBCGame team? Do Baby and Shark just go their separate ways? How about Coach Ha and Baby?

anyway, I just learned from OdeDS that in the notice board of MBC Game there's is a post there asking for feedback whether viewers want Hyung Joon to be in Progamer Season 2 I hope they're considering. Because honestly, in two months I don't think it'll be easy to get a certificate. And Maknae is determined to become one, so I guess he'll do better in season 2 which is May, right? In time for another Courage.

Yeah, the MBC uniform looks great on him. Second season please. I don't care when they film it. It shouldn't end just when Hyung Jun is finding his footing in the gaming world.

About Hyun Joong, sigh, not good to drink so much if that is really the case. I think he and his bff Joong drink too much sometimes, must take care of their health more.

IMO, this test that was set up for him was tougher than beating 2 opponents in Courage because young Dong Hyun etc. already have a license. Which means they either won Courage before or they passed MBC's own internal test.

well, maknae played against trainees tonight but i guess they're really better than him because they've trained longer than him. but i believe that he has a better chance if if they'll allow him to be in season 2.

They are real pros though (the 3 whom Baby played) because although they aren't in the team roster of 12 bench members for the Proleague, they are playing in the Dream League, which is a minor league for the lesser known players of each team. At first when he mentioned that he would play yeon-seup-saeng, I thought he meant someone like the online trainee he met in ep. 6.

Just watched the fancam. Doesn't bode well for a second season. The way he was talking it was like that's the end. And the "cast" members all got upfront and bowed. *sad*

hehe.. I think Prettyboy is somewhat recognised as an official Hyung Jun's fanclub because they were allowed in even in the 1st courage tournament to take fancams of baby! Even for other Hyung Jun's individual events, such as the recent wedding he attended, Prettyboy reps were allowed into the venue! hehehe~

yeah but still, I salute them for their dedication to Hyung Jun and the fanclub!
