★ [August 20, 2009] Kim Hyung Jun casted in the drama "Superstar" - to be aired later this year

A new television anthology series, starring a slew of popular K-pop singers and entertainers, looks to breathe some life into the waning "Hallyu wave."

The 10-part omnibus series currently in production boasts a who's who of popular Korean singers in a coalition that can be best described as a Hallyu brat pack.

Nemo Story, the production house in charge of the drama, said the series, tentatively titled "Superstar" will feature Kim Hyung-jun of SS501, Shinhwa's Jeon Jin, Son Ho-young of G.O.D., with additional guest appearences by Bae Seul-ki, ex-Baby V.O.X. member Shim Eun-jin, Ahn Jae-mo, Lee Tae-sung and Seo Ji-young.

Four of the ten episodes have wrapped up filming with the opener helmed by feature director Lee Chul-ha, who directed Moon So-young in 2006's "Love Me Not."

According to the producers of the series, "We've secured contractual agreements with Thailand and Japan to air the anthology and we're currently in negotiations with broadcasters in China and Taiwan," and added "our goal is to have it go on air here in Korea sometime at the end of the year."

LOL. Man, we're so fast on the updates, it's totally awesome.

I know! I'm going to start my next semester soon in the second week of September so I thought might as well use my time to make a nicely organized thread for Baby. My friends are working during the day and I just finished my summer semester so I have two weeks of free time, except for the evenings when I go out to eat and work out for two hours in the day but that's about it. I'm sooo not looking forward to going back to work and school in a week. :/

But yeah...going off topic. XD

Brian, ShinDong, Kim HyungJoon, JoKwon, these 4 pretty boy idols gathered together for the environment.

Brian from (former) Fly To The Sky, Super Junior’s ShinDong, SS501’s Kim HyungJoon, 2AM’s JoKwon will appear in SBS Environmental Variety Show ‘Find it! Green Gold’ set to be broadcasted in Autumn.

Made up of Brian, who is known for his flair in speech in the variety segments, together with Shindong for his quick-wittedness, pure pretty boy Kim HyunJoong, variety dark horse JoKwon, these 4 idols will ride bicycles, find places that poses as problems to the environment and come up with a counter measure to solve these problems.

The first place they found is one household in Gyunggi-do Uijungbu for this ‘Green Gold’ person. Their water bill is 2~3 times more than average which makes them (the household) very worried, so these 4 people went to this requestor’s house and showed them all about conserving water through hands on experience.

The program producer said “Best idol stars quartet Brian, ShinDong, Kim HyungJoon, JoKwon will go find Green Gold and their pleasant journey will be shown in this 50-over minutes program where it should create awareness of the environment.”
