i'm not saying this because i approve of naked photos, but its her own personal business and her own life. she can do whatever she wants. people seriously need to get over that and just mind their own business. :x

like some people said celebs have NO privacy at all, thats because everyone wants to know what they're up to, gossip about them, etc, etc.

if some normal person got their naked photo leaked, sure its talk for people who know this person for a while but then it just goes away.

but when a CELEBRITY makes this mistake, its forever.

for people who say that vanessa "deserves" what dane cook said to her, aren't you just judging her? like "shes bad, she took naked photos", but everyone screws up. no ones perfect. so vanessa had a bigger mess up. doesn't matter to me. i mean dane cook has a right to express his own opinions but calling her out like that was totally rude. i dont think dane cook or the people who thinks vanessa "deserves" it will want anyone else calling them out in such a huge crowd about their stupidities. treat people the way you want to treated. i learned that in KINDERGARTEN. sometimes i think adults are more immature than kids.

its her private business, i dont care, and i still like her. people need to get over themselves. celebrities are also normal people, they're not any different from us. just stating a personal opinion.

I love Vanessa, but she totally deserved it. I was pretty shocked when I found out she had ANOTHER set of nude pictures! If she would have learned the first time, she wouldn't have gotten called out the second time, she set herself up. I'm surprised late-night comics aren't lapping this up.

Dane Cook was completely out of line for saying such a thing at a TEEN awards show. He's not funny in the least bit.

No she did not totally deserve it. She DID learn the first time. This new set of pictures is from the same batch as last time (when she was still underage), only released later. I don't see why she's "deserving" it when she's clearly the victim.

okay, for the people who say "she should have learned her lesson the first time", um are you guys even properly informed before you go and start criticizing and judging her? she didn't take any more naked photos after what happened the first time. these pics are old.

so let's set things straight,

she made a mistake for taking the pictures when she knew she was famous and they would get leaked somehow, but she didn't make a mistake by taking pictures naked because there's nothing wrong with that.

Although it was a bit immature, the poor girl knew someone was going to criticize her. In fact plenty of people have been criticizing her for it, it's just that Dane Cook's was public. Gossip sites and Twitters have been buzzing about it since it has been leaked.

These pictures were taken a little after her first set of nude pictures but no one really knows the time frame, but still, she had to know that there was a chance of them getting leaked.

And for those of you who are saying it's no big deal, um the deal is that she's a role model targeted for pre-teens and teens. Do you want to see pictures of little girls nude and sending them to boys or worse in the hands of a pornography sites? I don't think so cause it's called child pornography.

I understand people are fans of Vanessa and still wanna support her, but don't let your support blind the actions of Vanessa. She did what she did, and that's great that you wanna support her still, but do recognize that she did something wrong and the criticism was bound to come.

Personally I feel embarrassed for her family, that just sucks for them.

Honestly, I really like Vanessa but I kinda agree with what Dane did. If you don't want people to talk about something, don't do it in the first place. She had the right to do this pictures and people as the right to talk about it. Sure, maybe it wasn't the place and it wasn't the good moment but everybody knows that those kind of pictures always come public.

The "new" pictures were taken around the same time as her previous nude photos. The "new" ones simply weren't released until now.
