Well, Vanessa is using a Motorola Razor, like Tinsky73 said, she's been using a new phone for like months.

And she's using the black bra and panty, like in the first batch released, if any of you remember.

AND the background seems to look the same as the first batch also.

And as far as I'm concerned, her belly button wasn't pierced in the pictures, which means it wasn't recently taken.

Well actually, I can't really see if it was pierced or not, but it looks like it wasn't in those pictures, also this information was all gathered within one of the many newly released pics, here (it's the one with her bra and panty, surprisingly there's a lot of info in the pictures, and she's not naked,but i'ma just post the link): WARNING, Vanessa Hudgens in Bra and Panty. Honestly, as much as I would love to stand by Vanessa, I'm with Dane on this one. That was pretty bubble gum like what he did, but he is right. WTF is with hollywood stars getting naked and taking naked photos, is this a trend or something?? I mean wtf is going on, you take naked photos, EXPECT the consequences. She looks pretty old in these "new" pictures compared to the "old" ones and it's a little too much of a coincidence that these came out right before the release of her new movie. (And just because she's using a new phone these days doesn't mean she can't use the old one to take pictures.)

she already apologized for having taken the pictures in 2007. it's the same batch of pictures. making a case out of it again now is just double jeopardy. there is nothing left for her to apologize for. period.
