my secret is sleeping more, and trying to be less stress.

@lekaaa: birth control O_O. I'm kinda tempted to try XD

I heard some doctors prescribe it to teens when they have acne problems, even when they aren't sexually active. I recommend it if you want to go the pill route. Ask your doctor about it.

I 2nd that. My old roommate who is still a "virgin" but I know she isn't sexually active takes YAZ bc for her acne and her skin gotten SO MUCH BETTER she literally had a face full of stubborn pimples and now her skin is smooth as butter.

i just eat an apple/orange a day, it really helps!

oh and scrub/exfoliate your face in the shower

i never use those face washers or lotions lol

Hmm.. I generally have very clear skin.. just like 3 pimples max a year, and usually they go away after a day or 2

My sisters say I inherited my good skin from my mum :P

Because I eat the same food as them, junk food and healthy food, but they get pimples and I don't

Hmm.. though my friends have a theory that I don't have pimples because:

[-] I drink lots of milk and water and tea

[-] I love to eat apples and grapes =D just any sweet fruit I can get my hands on

[-] I don't eat chocolate a lot (too sweet :sweatingbullets: )

[-] & I've found that not using those face products all the time helps.. only on the odd occation where my skin feels yucky do I use them

[-] && putting some good cream on.. non oily ones~ makes my skin feel so nice :D

Tea tree oil . MUNG BEAN O.o <--- My holy grain :D <3 (cook it and eat it) and Aveeno Oatmeal bar cleanser . and Toner o.O ......

It's weird, i rarely drink water O.o...and my skin is pretty clear xD ! But i drink lots of milk <3

But LOTS AND LOTS OF SLEEP IS THE MAIN KEY GUYS.......... (cause your not thinking thus no strees ^-^)

i just cleanse & moisturize. i tone on my T-zone once a week.

i eat heaps of junkfood and always buy my food from the tuckshop or don't eat at all. i drink 3 cups of water a day. oh, and i sleep at 1am and wake up at 7am.

my skin? dry... with random pimples on the forehead & blackheads on my nose.

oh dear... lol.

don't do what i do [obviously] i'm trying to change my ways.

my skin has gotten softer and whiter--

i dono-

i used the egg white masks and egg (yoke) mask in the morning and before i went to sleep--and after like 3 days of that my skin because really nice and soft--but the acne scars did not go away----just made it smoother--

PS: if i used the egg mask more than 2 times a day--would that ruin my skin in the long run?

for me all i need is sleep, sleep, sleep and more sleep.. and tonnes of water

*** and note to the poster above me

its probably not a good idea to use the egg white mask 2 times a day since its drying. if you have dry skin or skin that's on the sensitive side its best to just use that mask once a week

I wash my face only once a day and it's really helped my skin regulate itself better (I wash at night). Washing my face twice a day stripped the natural oils off my face and caused me to break out and I was using expensive facewash too! Now I just use oil of olay (gentle cleanser), I guess it goes to show expensive doesn't always mean better!

wash my face with a cleanser my dermatologist recommended me,

don't wear make up, and scrub once in a while.

that's all. the accutane really helped. I don't even have a healthy diet.

-Never touch, scratch, pick at your face.

-Wash your face twice if you wear a lot of makeup---> (foundations, powders).

-Drink a lot of water.

-Either a mask, massage, or scrub once a week.

-Always Always wear sunscreen. Don't want early wrinkles or jums!

-Have a healthier diet. It's important whether diet affects the skin or not.

I like honey masks the best. It really helps my skin.

Also I have this special skin care product from Korea.

It's in a powder form but you mix a little bit of water and apply

to the face. It got rid of pimples and make my skin clear so fassst.

-fruits

-water

-hot and cold water

xDD i hardly use any products =\

and i dont like putting on lotion on my face because it feels gross

- no touching your face

- wash your face often

- Vaseline or lemons make it really soft

- drink tons of water

- get enough sleep

I only do the first three since I'm lazy, but hey, it still keeps my skin clear.

I think it's because I don't really use any products, so my face is still intact.

I feel like it makes my skin worse.

I think genetics plays a huge part on your skin.

Eating junk food doesn't affect my skin.

-Use gentle products to wash and cleanse your face.

-Moisturize!

-Sleep! Otherwise I get crazy eye bags.
