The batter, sweet red bean, and walnut inside are terrible things to eat while dieting. (Well, the walnut is ok in moderation) Oh, pardon me then. When I checked the nutrition facts on the back, it was only 70 kcal. The one I ate was cheon yeon (natural walnut), so that's probably because it was low-fat. yeah it's good. it's 호두 btw.
