How do you stop this from happenning!!
Erm well, i have this problem with my fringe. It always clumps together when i start to sweat. My friends tell me that when my face is oily, my fringe will also be like that too. I really hate it and i wonder if anyone knows how to deal with it X_______X

Also, i have like 3 partings (left right and center ><) on my head which totally sucks cause my fringe has, what you can call holes=.=" I cant have bangs because of that cause a part of my fringe would have very little hair and everything basically looks screwed.

Help? :( :(

i used to have clumpy fringe, not only that, it kept curling to the side and it looked horrendous

but now that my fringe has been rebonded, i no longer have these problems.

maybe you can try rebonding yours too ^^ get those natural looking kind, not those pin straight kind, actually mine became pin straight after rebonding but after a couple of weeks you can't tell it's rebonded but it looks naturally straight and nice and no longer clumpy.

If it gets 2 oily, just clip it to the side till the next time u wash your hair.

Or you could get more regular trims to your fringe.

maybe you could powder your forehead?

or stop using a cream on the forehead?

when your skin is too oily.

that usually happens to me when my bangs begin to grow,

so it looks thinned out and clumped together.

I often trim my bangs now to prevent that,

and sometimes clip them to the side wit ha bobby pin :)

i knowwww. i hate that! it looks so bad when it happens, especially

when you don't want it to. i'm always self-conscious about it whenever

i'm out with a lot of people. so i'm always combing through it. haha.

anyways, i'm sure carrying a comb around will help - i don't do that though.

lmao. my sister does, though. seems okay.

I read somewhere that using powder makes your hair appear less oily.

I think that was both baby powder and I think I read somewhere here that face powder achieves the same effect.

Hrm...otherwise, try blotting often if you feel your forehead getting oily? I use gatsby on my bangs and they never "appear" oily because of the matte look of gatsby.

Yeah if you lightly dust your bangs and forehead with powder, it soaks up the oily and makes it not clump

my bangs get clumpy when theres oil so i wash my bangs everyday. i shower at night and the bangs stay nice till i wash them again. if yours get really oily maybe wash them in the morning? they dont take too long to dry anyway

I heard about using baby powder too.

Haven't tried it though.

But my friends have

They say it works.

I might give it a try one day. =]

You could try using a flat iron and kind of straighten them.

My bangs used to split like crazy, but one day I decided to try a straightener to style my bangs and I haven't stopped since then. Now my bangs tend to stay together.

Use a dry shampoo or wash your hair more often, if you have greasy hair dont have a fringe because it will get greasier even quicker. If its clean hair, just brush your fringe to make it even.
