Trying To Click Options To Make The Forums Look Normal

You know how if the forums look weird, the replies in a topic come out in a straight list? When I try clicking options to go to the right format, only a blank menu comes up. There are no options for me to click on to get the forums to look normal again. So I've been stuck with the weird looking forums for a while now and I'd like to know how to fix it. Thank you~

Okay, never mind. That is really weird because RIGHT after I posted this, I tried again and it worked. I'm sorry, this can be closed now.
