I used to think that small chest with V-necks are more better looking because you wouldn't have your boobs dangling on the V. Whenever I wear the V-necks it feels as if I'm showing off my boobs.

I think small chests+v-necks look great!

If you have a large chest, it's kinda hard to wear some things (deep v's for example) without looking trashy, but small chested girls don't have that problem as much.
