“War of Roses” sounds similar to the encore drama “Rosemary” preceding it. A story of a wife/mother dying of cancer. It was very sad but when she finally died it was ‘beautifully’ done, so peaceful and dignified.

I've never thought of buying this drama whenever I see it in the shops, but I'm really enjoying watching it on KBS World. I'm just confused with the title. KBS titles it as War of Roses but on the Koreanwiz site, War of Roses stars Choi Jin Shil and Choi Soo Jong. In Malaysia, the title is My Rosy Life.

What happens to Lee Tae Ran and her boyfriend in the end? Do they get together?

Soonie's husband really sucks BIGTIME. just like his mum and sis. She's like doing all the work and everythng herself and Sungmoon had the cheek to say he has a woman to feed. S*** him la.The lil' spoiler of the next episode is so tempting. drats....

Anyone knows the chinese name of the drama??

This drama is so sad and yet so hilarious - the casts and the script - good combination as the most watchable drama. All of them acted very well & the best was the humour of Nam Goong Min and the 2 old ladies which helped to lighten up the story alot. Choi JinSil is a realistic actress plus LeeTaeRan's elegance. They deserved to be winners!

I agree with you, echan! I just love to see their antics! Dr Ji is always making Youngie smile with his cute teases. Soonie's two mothers-in-law are actually nice ladies, doing their best in their own way, to help Soonie and Sung-mun. But the most selfish person is Soonie's brother! Even after learning about his sister's last wish to see him, he still refuses to come back to Korea. Guess he must be worried he would have to take care of his father once he returns home! What a selfish jerk - Youngie is right to say she'd cut off ties with him!

I ripped the first DVD of My Rosy Life (Episodes 1-3).

I use mp4 encoder (VLC player plays very well this files), and the files has both English subtitles and Korean subtitles (you can choose), the resolution: 720*480, the same as the DVD, and the quality is pretty good, each file has size around 500mo but no more (it's Mega Upload limit for free download).

Sorry for the BIG delay, but I will provide the next episodes of this drama with English subtitles (from the DVD).

I encoded episode 1-3 in mp4 but I will re-encoded them in avi with the Xvid codec because my previous software (Nero Recode) don't work anymore (I don't know why...).

Here a screen to give you a preview, it's from episode 4:

The size for each episode will be around 800mo.
