Windows 7

The beta has been running smoothly for me as well, no program or hardware incompatibilities so far. Compared to Vista, Seven does seem to run slightly faster, and the installation was fast.

There are a few little things I like about Windows 7 so far:

- Device Stage: After plugging in my Sony MP3 player, a window popped up showing some information and some options for syncing, browsing folders, etc.

- Aero Snap: I really like being able to automatically resize a window to take up half of the screen, allowing me to move files between two different folders or partitions, and makes it much easier to look at two documents at once.

- Libraries: Instead of going to one specific folder for My Documents, My Music, etc. the Libraries made it easy for me to add folders so whenever I click on Documents or Music it will show me all the folders.

- Windows Media Player: Support for H.264 and AAC is a nice touch.

Nothing major, but it's little things like Aero Snap that make Windows 7 better to use than Vista.

There was a thread made about this already. Except it was "leaked". As for me I'm going back to xp64. Some annoyances here and there.
