which one is the best?

So lately, I've been looking into buying Ipod speakers. I've read some reviews here and there. I've asked around about the bose or the altec lansing. I want something affordable, yet with good sound quality.

So does anyone know which one is the best to get at a reasonable amount?

btw, sorry if this has been posted already. I looked through 5 pages and somewhat gave up on trying to find the thread..

i think all speakers for ipod are really expensive. but i think the aletc lansing looks really good espically with a black ipod and cost the cheapest, well i've seen. or just get the one apple released.

imo, buy an ipod cradle.. $30

Buy a logitech Z-2300 speaker set. $80 when its on sale.

It might not be a small setup, but I certianly think that would sound good.

i got the jdl speakers [the circle one with the ipod dock in the front] and they're pretty awesome... affordable, good sound [for me at least], and it comes with a cute little remote.

Basically, all of these speaker docks made specifically for the ipod are overpriced and crappy... except for maybe the Klipsch. I'd personally just hook it up to normal speakers.

Any suggestions about the klipsch igroove? After I tested some out, I think the igroove sounded pretty good compared to the others like the altec lansing im7 and the logitech.

I know Klipsch is a good company... however I have never actually heard their speakers.

In terms of computer speaker comparison, logitech vs Klipsch, bass heads love the Logitech while many (who can afford it) say the Klipsch provides a fuller sound with a more balanced midrange.

(Comparing the Promedia 2.1 with Z2300 or Promedia 5.1 and z5500)

I bought some speakers for my ipod, but honestly, my computer speakers are better. I usually use them instead.
