Camera Memory Stick Trouble

I can't upload my pictures from my memory stick onto my computer anymore.

If I stick the memory stick into the slot on my CPU, the light doesn't flash up anymore and I can't open up the drive for the memory stick. I've tried restarting my computer but that won't work... Please help me out.
