Ivy to appear on Kim Jung Eun’s Chocolate

For the first time in two and a half years, Ivy will be participating in a taping of music talk show program. The last time Ivy appeared on a talk show was as a guest on KBS 2TV’s Yoon Do Hyun’s Love Letter in 2007.

Ivy, who is actively promoting her 3rd album, participated in the taping of Kim Jung Eun's Chocolate on December 23.

During the taping, Ivy changed outfits several times to perform hits from her previous albums including A-Ha from her 1st album, and Sonata of Temptation from her 2nd album. She also treated the audience to her latest single (and my favorite song from her latest album) Good Bye Tears

A spokesperson from De Chocolate E&TF, Ivy's management company, stated: “Since this is the first time Ivy participated in a talk show in a while, we didn’t know what to expect. We are happy that Ivy was able to entertain the audience by visiting many of her hits from the past."

The episode of Kim Jung Eun’s Chocolate featuring Ivy will air on January 9.

on the other hand, there's no Inkigayo this week because currently SBS is preparing their the end of year show.

I wish SBS would invite her to the Gayo Daejun. T.T

thanks for sharing kiki! ivy is always wonderful when she sings live :) the touch me perf was a little awkward i felt like, probably cuz of the hand-held mike. but the ballads were lovely!

ivy was a guest at JYP's "bad party" concert on the 25th! she sang a duet with him from a song off his 7th album. before ivy, baek ji young was a guest on the 23rd and 24th. hopefully some pictures will be released from the concert!

does anyone know why ivy didnt attend any end of award shows?

Ivy has a decent relationship with SBS & Mnet.

On the other hand, KBS & MBC had issues with Fantom Entertainment (her previous management company), because they lobbied the producers so that their entertainers can appear on more shows... and on top of that, probably with the ban of her "Touch Me" music video, they've decided to not work with Ivy.

Ivy would've been a good addition, I would've watched her perform! But after her performance on MAMA, I think KBS, MBC & SBS wanted to stay away from the criticisms that may arise. KBS is a family friendly company and I can't imagine Ivy performing on the awards. she's too sexy for them. :P

Ivy's supposed to start performing a new dance song this month and i think another ballad... until then... Ivy will be on Chocolate on the 9th! CAN'T WAIT!!!

Singer Ivy's ID number leaked online and used for hacking by netizens!

With news that singer Ivy’s ID number was leaked online, the source of leakage DC Inside comedy program Gallery experienced excess of traffic and serve downtime. A photo revealing Ivy’s ID number was posted up on the site on 10th January and with that Ivy’s personal information has been leaked online as well.

Ivy attempted the bungee jump on Mnet ‘Ivy Back’ recently, the problem was magnified when the reporter published a photo the certificate certifying that Ivy has succeeded in the bungee jump attempt. The reporter did not mosaic out Ivy’s ID number on the photo and just published the photo, and the photo was circulated rapidly online instantly.

Even though the photo was mosaic-ed later, netizens have already made captures of the earlier photo and posted them up on DCInside. With that, netizens have continued with leaking out Ivy’s personal information. Some netizens even hacked into community sites and portal sites with her ID number.

Ivy’s company said, “We will be taking legal actions against the reporter and also netizens who leaked out the personal informatio of Ivy. We will also be hiring cyber crime investigators and will be taking legal actions against any netizens who will use Ivy’s ID number to do hacking.”

Ivy Sues Netizen for Identify Theft

Since Ivy's comeback, she has been slammed with bad luck and her recent streak of it comes in the form of identity theft.

Ivy revealed that on the 14th, she turned in a form to the Seoul Kangnam Police declaring that she will press charges on the netizen who hacked into her information.

Ivy's agency has released a warning addressing the thief, "To the netizen who has released and abused Ivy's identification number, we will press full charges against him or her."

Apparently, the netizen who had stolen Ivy's identification number changed the passwords to her various accounts on blogs and shopping sites. In addition, the netizen used her information to make accounts on different adult sites and took photos accusing Ivy of looking at porn.

Her agency also said, "To block anymore damage, we have decided to press charges. Seeing how this netizen had used Ivy's personal information so easily without any guilt or second thoughts, we have decided to warn the netizens to think about doing such actions by enforcing a full investigation."

On her show Ivy Back, she successfully completed a bungee jump attempt. A report published a photo of her certificate, but failed to blur out her identification number. The picture was published online and it circulated rapidly.

Later the photo blurred out the numbers, but the damage has already been done. Ivy's agency is in the process of taking legal actions against the reporter as well as the netizens who are spreading Ivy's identification number.

ivy seems to be very close with nicole from kara! also, in the episode, where ivy is scouting for party locations, the first place she dropped by was a tea shop in insadong that i loved going to when i was studying abroad in korea! it's a railroad station theme with a track circling the shop, the seats are just like seats on a train - it's super cute. it was just fun for me to see that :)

Yeah, I want to know the real reason why she's crying too? I haven't seen any news or blog update why. I don't think anyone cries at goodbye perfs. It just means the series is over and u come back with new stuff in a couple weeks.

Maybe something happened and a ballad triggered her sadness. Who knows? Let us know.
