BUT the tattoos look kinda complex. Can it possibly be done with henna whether it's painted/stenciled/airbrushed on?

I can't read Koreanthey don't look like henna to me either. All the henna I've seen have a distinct red-brown tinge to it. Their tattoos are done in black/grey with a vibrant red....
