counsel05
hello! i have deleted my driver for display adapter which is Intel ® 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphics Controller, its because it keeps on searching for ialmnt5.sys, thus my games downloaded which is highly graphical cannot function or there is an error window that appears. unfortunately, i want it back since even a simple graphics game like Zuma can no longer play due to the lack of the driver. Now, after reinstalling the Intel ® 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphics Controller, it keeps on asking about the ialmnt5.sys, which i do not have. where can i download this file and please help me what to do so that i can fix this problem of mine. by the way, i tried to download the Intel ® 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphics Controller from the intel site thinking that maybe the iamlmnt5.sys is already there, but to my dismay after i installation it says cannot install due to system cannot provide or saying that i have an older version, something like that. please, please help. thanks in advance and more power

Guest nevets1219
First make sure you have the latest DirectX then please find out exactly which graphics card you have and download ONLY the drivers for it. Downloading that one specific file "should not" fix your issue. This could be the driver that you need if you haven't already tried it. Be sure to look at the ReadMe or the Release Notes and make sure it supports your graphics controller. Alternatively sometimes, Windows Updates would have it.
