hi everyone! i have no problems with my yahoo mail until now. well, recently i have just updated my yahoo messenger to beta 9

and this time when I open my yahoo mail, the status of my YM (which you can see in your mail) cannot be set. Thus, i can no longer see

who are my friends that or online while I am e-mailing or whom I can chat with right then and there without opening my YM.

It says i have to update my flash player to the recent one (flash player 9), after clicking the link and downloading it, still there are no changes.

a new window still opens and says i have to update. what seems to be the problem? please help.
