HCP Korea is an agency that focuses mainly on CFs, events and editorials. I think, too that these pictures are new.  Wait & see if these will be used for BL.....

[HanCinema's News] Rain Mentions Wife Kim Tae-hee on Knowing Bros

 

 

On Saturday night, February 16th, Rain made an appearance on the popular JTBC variety show Knowing Bros to promote his new film "The Cyclist King" which will be released on February 27th. The film is about a legendary bicycle athelete from the Occupation era.

 

Rain also discussed his relationship with his wife, Kim Tae-hee.

 

Knowing Bros personality Kang Ho-dong mentioned that he remembered hearing about how Rain would just be a bachelor forever.

 

Rain responded to the notion with humorous outrage, further noting how he phrased past comments poorly. Rain claims that while he spoke about being careful, he was worried about going too far with his love, not about getting hurt over it. The specific metaphor used was that of a returning arrow.

 

In addition to talking about married life and his new movie, Rain also discussed BTS' remake of his song "Come Back Home" and danced to it. After the appearance, Kim Tae-hee also uploaded a supportive photo on social media.

My comment related to yours about how he seemed to become tired easily. I actually think he was not well that day when the Knowing Brothers ep 167 was recorded. His eyes looked way more tired than when he was on Radio Star or Cultwo Show Perhaps it's lack of sleep, he has been very busy the last few weeks with lots of events. Anyway he looks good today at the press preview

Actor Jung Ji-hoon (Rain) said he played the character who was in the Japanese colonial period. 

 

 

Jung Ji-hoon made a movie for the first time after seven years by working with Lee Bum-soo. "Uhmbok-dong" directed by Kim Yoo-sung at the CGV Yongsan IPark Mall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul on the afternoon of 19th. 

 

 

"He said,”I was excited to hear that the scenario was based on a true story, and I thought it would be well known.

 

 

'Bicycle King Uhmbok-dong' is a story about the the life of the titular cyclist.  Uhm was known for his cycling prowess and his fearlessness during the days of Japanese occupation—he would often compete and win against Japanese racers. Actor Jung Ji-hoon (Rain) plays Uhm-bok-dong, and other casts are Kang So-ra, Lee Si-eon,Shinsoo, Park Jinhoo, Min Hyo-rin and Lee Bum-soo. Released on the 27th.

배우 정지훈(비)이 일제강점기 실존했던 인물을 연기한 소감을 밝혔다.

 

정지훈은 19일 오후 서울 용산구 CGV 용산아이파크몰에서 진행된 '자전차왕 엄복동(김유성 감독)' 언론배급시사 및 기자간담회에서 "이범수가 시나리오를 추천해 영화를 처음 시작하게 됐다. 허구의 인물인줄 알았는데 실존했던 인물이었다"고 말했다.

이어 "실화를 바탕으로 시나리오가 만들어졌다고 이야기를 듣는데 흥미로웠다. 그 인물이 널리 알려졌으면 좋겠다고 생각했다"고 덧붙였다.  

 

'자전차왕 엄복동'은 일제강점기 일본 선수들을 제치고 조선인 최초로 1위를 차지한 자전차왕 엄복동의 이야기를 담은 작품이다. 실존 인물 엄복동을 재조명하며 독립을 위해 싸운 투사들의 이야기를 더했다. 배우 정지훈(비)이 엄복동을 연기하고, 강소라, 김희원, 고창석,

Rain Shares Thoughts On The Future Of His Singing Career

 

 

On February 20, Rain participated in an interview to promote his upcoming film “Uhm Bok Dong.” The film is based on the true story of a Korean cyclist named Uhm Bok Dong, who becomes a hero after winning first place against the Japanese at a bicycle race during the time of Japanese colonial rule in Korea.

 

During the interview, Rain, who made his debut as a soloist in 2002 with “Bad Guy,” talked about his singing career and mentioned the possibility of setting aside his title as a singer.

 

Rain said, “My body doesn’t feel the same anymore on stage. That’s why I consistently work out, but a singer who dances is similar to an athlete. Your body needs to be in its prime. Right now, I’m not in my best state. I think I need to eventually let go of my title as a singer who dances.”

 

Rain continued, “I exercise, day and night. However, I need to draw the line at some point. I don’t know when that will be. It might be two, three, or four years later. If my body allows it, I would like to continue promoting as a singer, but I’m also preparing myself to let go of the singer Rain.”
