'K-POP Collaboration Project' Coming Soon, video has been released

Singer RAIN and SoYou meet in a collaboration of all time.

 

Starship Entertainment ("Starship") who is organizing the 'K-POP Collaboration Project' with the global beverage brand Pepsi will unveil the upcoming video of THE LOVE OF AUTUMN: They started to show this on their official SNS channel on the afternoon of September 4. 

 

In the video, Rain and SoYou appeared, which attract attention. Rain is a sexy and powerful performer that possesses gorgeous yet fascinating visuals that overwhelms the eyes and creates a new atmosphere. In addition, the new song 'Let's Start, I', which was briefly released through the video, catches the ears of music fans with a sweet and mellow melody from Rain's own voice.

 

'The 2019 Pepsi K-POP Collaboration Project is a K-Pop music presentation project with Pepsi and Starship.

 

Starting with 'BLOSSOM' (Blossom) announced by VIXX's Ravi on the theme of spring last April, Ong Seong Woo released 'Heart Sign', the first part of the summer. In May 7, VIXX's Hongbin and Monsta X's brothers were loved by releasing their second summer part song 'COOL LOVE'. 

 

Subsequently, RAIN & SoYou who are known as Korea's best male and female artists join the project autumn/fall lineup and releases new song 'Let's Start on the 16th of September. The people are showing a special interest in the collaboration of two artists with both admirable vocals and excellent performances. Rain debuted as a solo singer in 2002 with 'Bad Guy and How to Avoid the Sun'. In addition, he appeared in the dramas 'Sangdoo Let's Go School', 'Full House', 'Love to Kill', 'I'm A Cyborg But It's OK', and 'Ninja Assassin'. 

 

SoYou has debuted as a group under Sistar in 2010 and has emerged as a member in the girl group by releasing 'Loving U', 'Touch My Body' and 'SHAKE IT'. Since then, SoYou released her first solo album with titled song 'The Night' in 2017. She started his career as a solo artist by introducing 'Blue Night'. 글로벌 음료 브랜드 펩시와 ‘K-POP 콜라보 프로젝트’를 진행하고 있는 스타쉽엔터테인먼트(이하 스타쉽)는 지난 4일 오후 공식 SNS 채널에 THE LOVE OF AUTUMN : ‘시작할까, 나’의 커밍순 영상을 전격 공개했다.

 

공개된 커밍순 영상 속에서는 비와 소유가 각각 매력적인 모습으로 등장해 이목을 집중시킨다. 비는 섹시하면서도 파워풀한 퍼포먼스로 소유는 화려하면서도 매혹적인 비주얼로 시선을 압도하며 새로운 분위기를 자아낸다. 더불어 영상을 통해 짧게 공개된 신곡 ‘시작할까, 나’는 달달하고 부드러운 멜로디와 어우러지는 비와 소유의 목소리가 음악 팬들의 귀를 단숨에 사로잡는다.

 

‘2019 펩시 K-POP 콜라보 프로젝트는 펩시와 스타쉽이 함께하는 K팝 음악 발표 프로젝트로, 앞서 다양한 아티스트들이 각 계절에 어울리는 음악을 선보이며 뜨거운 반응을 이끌어냈다.

*** "Welcome 2 Life" topped the charts.  According to Nielsen Korea, the drama rated 3.8% and 5.1%. The figures dropped and increased at the same time but it was the highest rating for the drama of the day with same time slot. :P

“Welcome 2 Life” has protected its No. 1 spot in Monday-Tuesday drama viewership ratings!

 

According to Nielsen Korea, the September 9 broadcast of MBC’s “Welcome 2 Life” scored 3.8 percent and 5.1 percent in viewership ratings for its two parts. Compared to last week’s broadcast, this is a 0.2 percent drop for the first part but a 0.2 percent rise in the second part.

 

JTBC’s “Moments of 18” achieved viewership ratings of 3.7 percent nationwide and 4.6 percent in the metropolitan areas. Meanwhile, tvN’s “The Great Show” recorded a viewership ratings of 2.5 percent, which is a 0.5 percent drop from last week’s broadcast.

 

Furthermore, KBS 2TV’s “I Wanna Hear Your Song” increased in viewership ratings from last week, recording 2.8 percent and 3.4 percent for its two parts.

*** Koreans are going to celebrate Chuseok starting tomorrow, September 13 -  Chuseok, also known as the “autumn harvest festival”, (also known as “thanksgiving day”) in SK. It is actually one of the four major holidays celebrated in Korea along with the Lunar New Year. It is a major holiday in South Korea when families gather together and visit their hometowns and is celebrated with a three-day national holiday. For Koreans it's a family holiday. It also known as Korean Thanksgiving Day and Koreans thank their ancestors in memorial services called Charye for the year’s harvest, and share their abundance with family and friends. I wonder where RAIN & family would celebrate this occasion. :P
