South Korean star couple Rain and Kim Tae Hee have welcomed a new member in their family today.

 

 

In the morning of September 19, Story J Company, the agency of Kim Tae Hee has shared the exciting news through various media outlets.

 

“We would like to deliver the joyful news that actor couple Kim Tae Hee and Jung Ji Hoon (Rain) have welcomed a new member of their family. On the morning of September 19, Kim Tae Hee gave birth to her second child, a healthy daughter, at a hospital in Seoul,” the agency began.

Revealing the gender of the second child of the couple, the agency then updated fans with the health condition of the actress and her new-born baby by saying, “The mother and baby are both healthy, and they are resting with the care and blessings of their happy family.”

 

In addition, the company gave thanks to fans for the love and support that they continuously give to Kim Tae Hee and her beloved family.  Moreover, aside from expressing their gratitude to everyone, they likewise left a sweet promise to fans: “She will work hard to also return as a good actress. Please show lots of support.”

 

Back in January 2017, the star couple made headlines as they officially tied the knot after five years of dating. Soon after, the two welcomed their very first child in October of the same year.

 

Meanwhile, Rain recently made his drama comeback through MBC’s Welcome 2 Life alongside actress Lim Ji Yeon.

SEOUL, Sept. 19 (Yonhap) -- Actress Kim Tae-hee and singer Rain, one of South Korea's most prominent star couples, had their second daughter on Thursday, the actress' management agency, Story J Company, said.

 

"We would like to share good news about Kim Tae-hee and Jung Ji-hoon couple's new family member. Kim gave birth to her second child, a daughter, today at a hospital in Seoul," the agency said in a statement. Jung Ji-hoon is Rain's real name.

 

"Both mother and daughter are in good health, and are resting with the care and blessings of their family." the agency said.

 

As an actress, Kim will do her best to restart her career as early as possible, the agency added.

 

The couple tied the knot in 2017. Kim gave birth to her first daughter in October the same year.

Top singer Rain and his actress wife Kim Tae-hee have had a second child.

 

Kim gave birth to her second daughter Tuesday morning at a hospital in Seoul, according to her agency, Story J Company. The actress and her baby are "in good health," it said.

"We want to deliver good news that Kim and her husband have welcomed a new family member," the agency said. "Thank you for your celebration."

Kim ― praised as one of the most beautiful Korean women by her fans ― made her screen debut as a TV commercial model in 2000. She has starred in several hits including drama "Stairway to Heaven" (2003) and "Iris" (2009).

 

Kim married Rain in January 2017 and the couple had their first daughter in October that year.

In June, she grabbed public attention after buying a 2.4 billion won ($2 million) house in Irvine, California.

*** A dinner box support for Rain and his staff sent by World Cloud and Rain Japan Cloud on September 19.  These were (6) delicious and beautiful dinner boxes - including his favorite steak, eel and abalone. The dinner boxes were delivered around 5 pm to Rain Company manager. The food was then taken to the location shoot.  I'm sure he had enjoyed his dinner. It's good that he was there since this was the day when he welcomed his second princess!

There is no wonder that SNS, especially YouTube, the biggest video platform which was found in 2005, has a huge role in spreading K-Pop internationally. However, about 10 years ago, before it became the biggest platform, YouTube was just one of many random video platforms. So, some of K-Pop entertainment companies didn't even have an official account back then and fans used to upload MV's (although they were all deleted later). This is also the reason why those MVs have lower views since MVs gets the most views in the first 24 hours.

 

Although they had many successful songs in Korea before, these songs brought in their great international popularity. Here are 5 International hit Kpop songs that were uploaded on Youtube later than official release date but still made it big. Also, these songs and MVs came before streaming culture was a thing.

Temperature is still comfortable & pretty cool, usually in the range of low 20°C in the beginning and reaching about 10°C towards the end of the season… .  This is very mild as far as temperatures are concerned. The weather is warm during the day and becomes cold in the evening. This is one of the best times to visit Seoul.  The chances of rain in Seoul in October significantly decline. I wonder if this is the balcony of his home.
