One of the pioneers of the K-pop wave, Rain (Jung Ji-Hoon) is an internationally renowned singer-songwriter, dancer and actor. The man behind classic K-pop hits such as "Ways to Avoid the Sun" and "It's Raining", he went on to acting in Hollywood films such as Ninja Assassin and Speed Racer. His incredible good-looks has pretty much grown exponentially as this father of two looks just as fresh at 37 than he did when he debut in 1998.

"Rain" Poses in Front of Snack Truck

Rain showed his appreciation for the snack truck.

 

On the 15th, Rain made a post on his Instagram saying, "Thx my cloud" along with pictures.

 

In the picture, Rain is standing in front of the snack truck his fan café sent to him. He has a warm look, and you can feel his gratitude towards his fans in his smile.

 

Meanwhile, Rain is starring in his new MBC drama "Welcome 2 Life".

*** Food truck sent by Clouds on the drama set filming of RAIN “Welcome 2 Life". Please see slide of pictures. These were belated birthday support from his Official Fan Club.  It was a late birthday support but as the saying goes : Better late than never - It says that it went well with the help of many people. Jung Ji Hoon Thanks Fan Club For Sending Coffee Truck Gift

Fans of Jung Ji Hoon (Rain) pours in support for their favorite artist.

Grateful from his fan club’s gift, Jung Ji Hoon made sure that they will know how he appreciated the gesture. Collectively known as Clouds, the fans of the Hallyu star sent the gift at the filming site of Welcome 2 Life.

 

The actor posted pictures with the coffee truck in the background. Adding a sweet personal touch, he captioned it with “Thx my cloud”.

 

 

In the first photo, Rain is beaming with the V-smile pose, while the second hints the actor taking a photo of the yummy looking churro highlighted by “cute rain sticker”.

Set to headline MBC’s parallel-world themed drama, Jung together with Lim Ji Yeon and Kwak Si Yang will meet fans through Welcome 2 Life on July 29.

Rain is portraying the role of a cunning lawyer. He will do everything in his power, may it be good or bad, to win his case. Unfortunately, he meets a car accident. From there, his life will change as he gets trapped in a parallel world. Instead of his former job, he will become an upright prosecutor

 

In other happy news about the singer-actor, he is expected to welcome his second baby with Kim Tae Hee in September.

*** RAIN posted this picture yesterday with a caption - " The dream of a summer night " - I don't think this is his matrimonial home. This may be a location filming. :P It's summer right now in Korea. Summer lasts from June to early September.

(Joe Coffee) Is this now available worldwide? I thought all along this is only applicable in US. BTW, I wonder who's beside him in the picture.....

*** RAIN posted these slide of pictures just 2-hours ago. It seems like he was in an antique store. He may be at Itaewon since you can see many old furniture shop selling antique things over there.  Actually, there's an Antique Furniture Street there.  :P

*** According to coffee_mrkim’s account, RAIN recognized the manager as he walked to his coffee truck to take photo for his Clouds.  He shook hand with the manager and thanked him.  It was raining hard when the trucks set up in the afternoon, but as it stopped RAIN came out. It says that the popular menu on this day is a real strawberry fondant, choco fondant & homemade yogurt. :P "Coffee_mrkim" usually services most stars.

*** RAIN at the Sundance Place restaurant located in Itaewon, Seoul.  There's good ambience here since it's an open rooftop. The terrace has a little fountain. It's a 3-storey building, each floor have their own concept and vibe. 1st floor is a biggest dining area, consists lot more tables and seats. I feel like this has more calmed and relaxed vibe. The quality of food is really good, it's just that it's pricey.  The quantity was too small for the one portion compares with price.  But once you see the view of place, it is very understandable. :P
