Sohee Spotted on Set Filming New Movie

Former Wonder Girls member Sohee was spotted on the set of an upcoming movie.

A staff member from the set of Busan Bound posted a photo of Sohee surrounded by staff, writing "Sohee. Long legs, please. Proportions kya~."

Busan Bound is a film about the chaos that ensues when a strange virus begins to spread on a KTX train bound for Busan.

The film also stars Gong Yoo, Jung Yoo Mi, Ma Dong Seok and Choi Woo Sik.

Meanwhile, Sohee joined BH Entertainment in February 2014 after her contract with JYP Entertainment ended, effectively withdrawing from Wonder Girls to focus on acting.

Ahn Sohee Becomes Free Agent After Leaving BH Entertainment

Former Wonder Girls member and actress Ahn Sohee has become a free agent after deciding to not renew her contract with BH Entertainment.

BH Entertainment told the press on September 21, “Ahn Sohee has left to become a free agent after discussing this matter with us in depth.” They continued, “Long-time BH Entertainment actresses Han Hyo Joo, Han Ji Min, and Han Ga In will continue to be with us, as they have renewed their contracts even before the expiration date.”

After leaving JYP Entertainment, Sohee joined BH Entertainment in February of last year to pursue her acting career. She officially announced her departure from Wonder Girls in July of this year.

Ahn Sohee Joins KeyEast to Pursue Acting Career

Former Wonder Girls member Ahn Sohee has signed an exclusive contract with management company KeyEast.

Since deciding not to renew her contract with BH Entertainment and becoming a free agent earlier this month, various agents have shown interest in signing the young talent. She has now decided to join KeyEast, one of the more acting-focused management firms run by Bae Yong Joon.

KeyEast commented on the deal, “Ahn Sohee has great potential to grow as an actor, and her inherent potential is limitless. There is much more to her than what has been shown to the public so far, and we will do our best to bring out her talent and abilities to make her a leading 20s actress, as well as showcase diverse sides of her.”

Meanwhile, the idol-turned-actress most recently appeared in tvN’s “Heart to Heart” and has been spotted filming for the upcoming movie “Bound in Busan.”

Sohee becomes the new face of cosmetics brand VDL

Former idol and actress Sohee emerges as a beauty icon as she was selected to be the new face of cosmetics brand, VDL. 

VDL, a subsidiary of LG H&H, confirmed the appointment of Sohee as their latest brand representative and released a photo of her promoting their latest collection. It was apparent that they considered Sohee for the campaign after making her transformation as an actress following her career as a member of Wonder Girls.

According to VDL, Sohee will be starring in their latest campaign and plans to expand to full-scale activities. With Sohee’s chic and mature image, they aim to develop a variety of marketing strategies in the future.

Sohee will be filming 'Single Rider' with Lee Byung Hun!

Sohee will be filming 'Single Rider'. 

On February 20th, announcement has been made that Sohee will be officially joining the the movie 'Single Rider'.

'Single Rider' is a suspense drama that entails a story of a man, who is left with nothing, turning to find his family in Australia. This film is supported by Warner Brothers, and will be directed by a new uprising director.

Actor Lee Byung Hun and Gong Hyo Jin will also appear in the movie. Lee Byung Hun will play the dad who is traveling to find his family in Australia, while Gong Hyo Jin will play the wife who resides in Australia with the kids. 

Sohee will be playing a character Lee Byung Hun meets during his journey. It is heard that she will be an important role in the story. 

Much attention is given as Sohee is expanding her career as an actress. She will continue her growth as she takes role in various films including 'Single Rider'.
