Name For An Idol Group!

any ideas?

HEY! for those of you who don't know, I'm making an idol group- almost like an entertainment company, except that this is just one, major, amazing group. I'm currently in round two of auditions.

Here's a little about us:

We sing korean music.

the members have not been selected yet, but there will be 3-6 members.

Both girls and boys.

We will have the whole package- great voice, good-looking, adequate dancing!

We focus on a digital venue- out material will be widely circulated on the internet!

Our dream is to become singers in Korea.

We will have at least one rapper.

SO we need a name. or at leat several ideas for a name. Any suggestions? I don't care how stupid it may be, just brainstorm- write down enery little idea please!

don't have a concept yet, but i've been thinking of doing bits everything. It shouldnt matter TOO much i think, since super junior used to be cute and happy and then turned goth and heavy, but the name still stuck u kno? tvxq does happy, cute, rock, dance and stuff

hhmmmm...okay, first let me tell you. usually to me, a name for an idol group, it usually represent them in some way.

questions that may help people decide name for you guys, are you guys going to sing just rock, or just R&B? or are you guys going to sing all kinds???

your clothings and stuff, are you guys goth-style or gangster-style or just regular t-shirts and pants?

your personality, is it bright and happy, mysterious?

by saying great voices, what kind of voices do you guys have? high pitch voice? deep voice?

anyways, these are names i thought from the top of my head, and i only put some thinking into it

4) DI-VERSE (got it from the word diversity, which has the same kind of meaning as variety, and i thought of this word, cause you have girls and boys, and have the whole package.)

anywho, yup, it'd be really, really helpful if you can give us an idea of the what the image of this group is going to be. that would make it easier to come up with a name that would be "right."

If maybe you gave us some information on what type of group you are making then making names would be easier. Like the stlye or specific image they're supposed to have. I like the digital number idea from _Nae since it is an online group.

iMAGE (for a mysterious kind of group)

StarX (meaning Stars that cross together, the x=cross. For an Idol feel)

P.and.A, AKA Pursue and Achieve (another Idol group feel as well as a happy name for upbeat songs)

Hmm, it would help if we knew the style and image of this group!

Personally, I don't like names with numbers in it, or those that sound too unprofessional or cheesy e.g. SHINee, SS501, U-Know (though I love the guy T__T), etcetc

I prefer names like Epik High, Big Bang, The Grace, Rain, Clazziquai.. and i have no idea if you are looking for Korean group names like DBSK or SNSD.

It would be nice if you could invent your own word? Haha. Or just any random word that pops up in your head, Portobello, Lemmings, JAWS, flour babies, blah blah... xD

So anyway.. a few lame suggestions though I don't know the image concept of your group..

- Nightingale (this bird can sing, and gives a mysterious impression)

- Affinity

- The Box / Music Box

- Innocence

- GROWL

- Aurora

- The One (well something like one reigning over the rest ? haha)

- Fruit Basket (well I guess not a cute name huh XD)

- Play around with the initials of their names (like S.H.E) and maybe have something like, idk, B.O.M.B, SA.R.A.N.G, F.U.N.K, A.M.A.Z.E, blahblah.

Hmm.. well since I'm assuming that it's several different nationalities

what about FU510N (Fusion)? It was originally an idea name for a

co-ed group I wanted to make with friends but I'm willing to let it go.

hmm maybe just taking the first letter of the group members names

and make it into a word or something.

I like D:fi because it has a meaning, so maybe a group name with an actually meaning

such as Dong Bang Shin Gi, Shinhwa, or Shinee (each of those group names have a meaning)

Ooh! Names! I think of things like this randomly but I can't seem to recall any good ones. I have a couple of suggestions (that might actually already be taken by real groups or from song titles because I've a tedency to forget things like that xD)

Anyways.. I like d:fi, FU510N, and DI-VERSE.

They are all in the same league and kinda have the

same many. Defy the odds, fusion of the nations,

diversitility of gender and race! Yays exciting!
