Wait 30 Seconds Before Posting

Sorry, just a quick question. I've been posting the same way for the past 4-5 years even before the big Soompi crash, but lately I've been seeing the "Flooding control" page more often.

Is it just me, or has the 30 second post intervals gone up? Not a big deal, I could understand why if it did. I'm just curious.
