Acuvue 2 Colours (contacts)

i was thinking about getting the Acuvue 2 colours instead of the Freshlooks, so i am really looking for customer reviews and your experiences with them.

-Are they comfortable?

-Do the colors look nice on Asian eyes?

-Do you like them?

-[if you use Freshlooks and Acuvue] Which one would you recommend?

-How much do you pay for them?

-anything else you can add would help greatly

i never knew they hv color contacts..hmm..i might give it a try after im finishing the last batch i ordered..

i tried Fresh look ones..they're so thick..giving me bloodshot eyes..

I've tried Freshlooks. They're so.. floppy. It didn't stick to my eye like my reg contacts.

Hazel looked good on me.

I think I tried on Acuvue before...

It was brown. It was lighter than my natural eyecolor by a bit.

It was easier to put on than Freshlooks because the diameter was smaller.

Actually it did.

It was like a medium brown.

If you go to your optometrist and ask them about colored contacts, they'd probably let you try on a few trial pairs. [but it has the company brand name in your iris ]

I like acuve colors better than freshlook. It's more comfortable. I have gray and saphirre blue. They both look nice. You should ask them for trial pairs.

my first contacts was fresh look and i didnt like it.. it was thick that you will always feel that you are wearing contact lenses.. I've never tried Acuvue too... i was about but i changed my mind and switched to different brand, now i have one in 3 colors...

yes, for those who tried them pls do post some pics wearing them. how much are they and are they much thinner than the freshlook ones? i used to use freshlook too, they were kinda thick and itchy on the eyes.

i've used sapphire blue, warm honey and pearl gray.

i love these contacts. i'm currently using freshlooks radiance in sunrise.

but i do not like it. i wasted money on these! they feel uncomfy

gets dry (acuvue, like NEVER) and its so much harder to put on like

it just doesnt STICK to your eyes

i should've just stick with acuvue 2 colors

they're comfy you dont even feel it like u have contacts on.

i LOVE their warm honey. it looks so natural

everytime i wear it, pple comment on my eyes

they think its my eyecolor! lols

i went to the optometrist today and tried on a few trial pairs.

the freshlooks were huge! i couldnt get them into my eye for a good ten minutes. [it could have been because it was my first time with contacts though]

then when i finally got them on they were soo uncomfortable and the lens didnt fit my eye right. i tried the acuvue ones and they were much much more comfortable. but sucks because the freshlook colors looked better then acuvue. im going back to try on a few more on saturday

freshlook contact lenses have great colors than acuvue but comfortable wise i'd go for Acuvue!!!!!!! and some other brands i guess..... now i have peppermint from color blends before i had hazel from freshlook and aqua blue again from color blends

i work at an optometrist office and we only sell freshlook bc those are the best selling colored contacts out there because of the "natural colorblend look." BUT they are known to dry ur eyes out. u need to be sure to keep ur eyes moisturized bc they tend to roll around bc they are quite thin and big in diameter. i used to wear freshlook.

but starting last week, i used acuvue colors. and they are SOOO much more comfortable. the colors turn out fine. the colored part of the contact is "normal" sized. and the colored part of the freshlook are more of a "bigger size" like circle lens. ok now im rambling. srry.

I have a pair, but they don't fit me at ALL... i don't know if it's the contacts themselves, or my doctor screwed up because he's partially colorblind... u__u;
