ahhh, at first i really hated this sitcom.. even though i hated it, i still watched it regularly and now... I LOVE IT! but is it really ending on the 40th episode?? T___T

i heard there was a season 2 coming out though. anyone know when?

I understood 10% of this sitcom but I watched it anyway while waiting for Chunja to come on. Anyway I totally did not understand the ending. I understood 1% at best. Can anyone tell me what actually happened?

without spoiling it for the others, the ending was left like any typical American drama season finale cliffhanger... perfect ending if there was some guarantee that there will be a season 2... I really do hope that there will be a Season 2.... otherwise, it's an unfinished drama! Too many holes...

Spoiler Alert: (it's in WHITE - so just highlight to read)

1. The Boss, Mgr and Captain finally make it to the island, but because the gasoline which was probably saved for their trip back is now removed from the locked underground area, now it's a question of whether they have enough gas to make it back home with everyone...

2. Yoon-daeri is hiding on the boat, but we don't know if he will make it safely back home... not sure where the mysterious guy is taking the boat...but the mysterious guy did take the winning Lotto ticket! What will happen between Yoon and the mysterious guy during the boat ride?? Note, the gun is leaning on the boat...

3. Shin Sung Woo... we don't know if he will live or die... if he will be found soon..or later... he was obviously shot at by the mysterious guy... and passes out at the end of the drama...

4. The "secret" of the island has not been revealed yet... which is why there needs to be a season 2!! the captain's last words when he pulls the guns and notices the gasoline and food are gone, "let's hurry... it seems we're too late..." The captain must know about the mysterious guy... but still nothing is said further...

5. You heard the narration throughout the drama... mainly by Yoon and other times by Shim Hyun Tak.. as if it's a journal entry being read in the future about the events on the island... the last eppy's narration included Shim saying "later they all find out that such and such happened..." so there are hints that they DO all eventually meet up again... not sure where though! back home? back at the island?

the ending to the first season was so incomplete! not much closure --

and does anyone know whats replacing the secret of keukeu island?

I just downloaded all the episodes of the series. But do not speak Korean, I wanted to know if there would have subtitles somewhere?

I have searched my side, but I found nothing! :(

It's so nice to hear Jung Ilwoo takes part in this drama..

I was going to buy the DVD but then i didn't buy it because suddenly i realized that Jung Ilwoo is just cameo in this drama..Maybe i'll buy the dvd if he is the lead actor :P

Btw, I still doubt the story..Is it good?

Does anyone know?
