The lead pair would obviously have their well-intended reunion & understanding but not forever-after. For myself.. I can't imagine a good ending for anyone at all because IRIS has set out to be something so bleak yet engaging and totally irreversible. This is just me.. I would think the bad guys die, of course.. KSH would die (sigh.. for HJ).. SW too (to redeem himself) and also HJ himself.. because he's much too deep into the whole thing more than ever thought that it just kills him. I kinda think that he is who he (another unsettling factor).. whoever that'll be. And the person still alive would be CSH. She who 'died' in the first place.. will remain standing.

As much as it hurts, I do agree with everything that you said. *sigh*

The best Korean Drama forever. I just watch Ep. 11 with common sense in Korean language, hahahaa, my god, even though do not understand what they said, but it is so fun to keep watching.

Can not wait for Ep. 12, 13,... 20.

Oh okay, thanks for the clarification rubie..that's very interesting. Also after watching episode 11 It makes it much clearer as to why HJ is interrogating CH in the preview 13. As you guys have mentioned he's basically protecting her from them guys who want revenge for there fallen comrades, makes sense now O_O;; because we all know HJ would never do that to CH! haha.. can't wait to watch ep12 with dodgy-ish google translation subs 8D

I wonder though if Vick is still working for IRIS.. he's been hibernating for quite awhile Obviously he'll be back in ep 13, could be summoned by Baek San since HJ is confirmed alive and back in Seoul. I thought he had been burnt by IRIS and would cooperate with HJ instead.. but.. maybe not. Even though HJ got the info from NSS about his parents, etc.. IRIS or Baek San is always one-step ahead of him. They knew he'd be looking for the priest at the orphanage.. how did they keep track of what he's going to do?

The acting from the main cast, the sub-cast have been awesome. Particularly impressed with LBH's acting. No wonder he's rumoured to be the highest paid in the entire cast. Episode 12 and lovin' it.

Hi Akagi, thanks so much for the highlight.. I'm still dl-ing to watch episode 12.. the torture of waiting .. but Baek San is always so cool and level-headed. Although we can't ignore the intimidating dangerous aura of this man.. he's always appearing so in control, never affected and not once showing any anger (only hints or annoyance to SW once or twice) even though he's been sidelined by the President on important matters. Can't imagine when he'd finally blow his top.. but yes.. he would do anything to keep HJ from discovering his past.

LBH's acting is really good in IRIS, people may say it's nothing he hadn't done in other movies but he gives his best and even more for IRIS. And undeniably he gets along so well (chemistry-wise) with everyone in the series. The good and very encouraging chemistry with KTH and KSY respectively as well as the warm / intense presence with JJH, KSW and KYC, plus TOP.. all a surprise to watch.

He's not rumoured to be the highest paid, he is being paid the highest in IRIS for good, valid reasons.

I just finished Ep 12 raw. It's such a Cliff hanger. It's a pleasure to read all the infomations within this drama share by IRISH fans. keep up good work everyone. As I wached IRISH, it's remind me of the ABC show here in State. " Allias" I found IRISH it similar to some what % of Allias show. Anyway, thank you very much for those of you who upload the file on the net and share it with others.

Ep 13 preview, aww, so instent, SW is gonna be one bad guy. His gun look really scary in the preview. The main couple finally meet, but under such a bad timming. Counting down for the next week ep. : )))

Korea's Finecut wraps up pre-sales on action thriller IRIS

South Korean sales outfit Finecut has announced a slew of AFM pre-sales deals on the espionage action thriller IRIS: The Movie, starring pan-Asian heartthrob Lee Byunghun.

Lee previously starred in G.I. Joe: The Rise Of Cobra and Kim Jee-woon’s The Good, The Bad, The Weird.

IRIS: The Movie has sold for a six-figure minimum guarantee to Mega Film for mainland China. The company previously distributed 200 Pounds Beauty on wide release, and the romcom became one of the most successful Korean films to have a theatrical release in China.

IRIS: The Movie also pre-sold to MFA+ for German-speaking Europe. The company previously released Korean hits The Host and The Chaser, also previously bought from Finecut. Visicom Surya also picked up the film for Singapore and Malaysia.

IRIS is a $20m project simultaneously produced as a TV series and a motion picture by Taewon Entertainment. The production is headed by Chung Tae-won, whose credits include the multi-national co-production Three Kingdoms: Resurrection Of The Dragon, starring Andy Lau and Maggie Q.

I am a bit confused here, and I wonder if someone can set me straight.

In the last aired episode, Baek San tells Jin Sa-woo that Kim Hyun-joon took his file--which included the information that Baek is a member of Iris!

Now, I don't remember earlier episodes where Baek told Jin that he is a member of Iris or anything remotely close to that revelation. Did I miss something? So is Jin, too, a member of Iris? (It also seemed from the preview of the next episode that the mid-level director that recruited both Kim and Jin is also a member of Iris...)
