Really enjoyed this episode, great cast on both sides of the fence.

Boom and Kim Heung Gook had a ball (HY joined their party towards the end) but KCM wasn't as active as I had hoped, waited for him to hit on someone but it didn't happen (I mean damn, if my Aphrodite weren't around I may have hit on

the finalist

myself hehe).

They mixed up the format, changed the sequence of the rounds, removed the second last one and slightly altered the, previously, first one. All the contestants got more chances and stayed in longer. Overall, I like the 'changes'.

The contestant in the white dress had a pretty impressive voice, JOO as well, there were a couple of songs that imo you need a strong voice for and she did a great job. KCM well... what can I say? Sounds like a balloon losing air.

Lol at how one of the contestants ended up between NHS and HY at the end and NHS 'kissed' him.

Both my main choices made it to the end so I was rooting throughout.

On a side note, found the 2 first episodes of Diet War 2. Watched one and it was better than I thought. I thought it would be a cheap cash in for product placement and chubby mushy moments but its actually a pretty serious take, they are pretty brutal towards the contestants. Its basically a non-BS approach, they don't baby them.

HY seems to tell them what to do and the trainers do the rest, I thought she was gonna show them the exercises but it makes sense, at least for now, for her not to because the ladies can barely handle the basic exercises. The trainers definitely mean business.

One of the panelists was the winner from season 1, the change is exceptional compares to her old self.

I'm upping it right now, dunno if I'll be able to find it weekly though.

didn't expect the crazy girl from Fantasy Couple to be there! lol... and Namolla Family are always entertaining, especially Kim Jae Woo.

A really fun episode imo, and I don't think I need to say whom I was cheering for hehe.

LJM came of really funny/cartoony when she sang, even kept patting her stomach all the time (to keep the rythm going I guess?). She had a surprisingly amazing voice, about as heavenly as another extraordinary singer's voice whose initials are HY (I'm sorry if this is too vague a hint). I was hoping for a duel performance but it didn't happen unfortunately.

KCM made his moves again hehe, even landed a surprise hug on one of the unsuspecting announcers.

Ha Dong Kyun is such a baby, LJM didn't know his song and he was all "fine, I didn't know you were an announcer either!" lol. He also became an announcer for a bit in this ep.

They made KCM and HDK switch voices (for physical incompatibility reasons) and their voices fit each other surprisingly well , KCM seemed pissed hehe.

I thought I'd recognize more announcers because of MVAD but it seems they only invited KBS announcers so LJM was the only one I knew I think, still, they were all really upbeat and fun.

LJM made it all the way! I really wanted her to but didn't expect it, especially after she failed the first round. She is a weirdo even when it comes to songs, usually ppl know the faster/fun/popular songs but she mainly knew the slow/romantic/harder songs that ppl usually screw up. Real pity she didn't make it, so damn close too.

that's because MVAD is an SBS show and this one's on KBS. the announcers are under contract to appear on their own channels only...

Another fun ep, Boom and YCY had a ball in this ep, both were great (especially in the karaoke round).

Is it just me or does Lion always end up in a fruity relationship of some sort with a male contestant whenever he comes on lol?

Lots of imitation went on the the ep

HY imitated some man and a woman, Boom imitated Kim Jong Min, and two contestants did their share as well.

The format is back to the old one, guess they mixed it up just for the specials.

The first round made the strongest showing yet

5 contestants got perfect 10's and moved on to the next round, the 6th one got left behind because of a friggin 9.

One of the contestants was the brother of a contestant from on of the earlier eps (he came with Nun chucks).

The girl in yellow had a really upbeat nature

she even happily congratulated the winner of the semi-final
