Some guy who appeared in the recent chapters. He looks like Takishima and he's in 2nd place (and he wants to become 1st, like Hikari). Stuff happens and when Hikari's in his house(because he was sick and she's taking care of him), he asks her if she has any feelings for him (hikari+kei are dating but he doesn't know that).. And then Kei barges in and "claims" her. Then in the next few chapters, they stopped talking about him for awhile... and apparently he's showing up again... and Kei's clearly jealous at the fact that Iori decided to fight Kei for Hikari's love.
