i don't even recognise him anymore!

Ryan Cabrera

has ditched the over-spiky hair and donned some tattoos in advance of

his new album, coming out in May. He says he hopes the new album

surprises and confuses people - those familiar with his previous look are

certainly surprised!

Does anyone even remember this guy?

I guess he was most famous for his appearance in Ashlee Simpson's show back in the day lol.

I think he's dating Riley Keough, Elvis' grandaughter.

But yeah, he looks so different, I'll admit I liked his old music better.

Who do you all think?
