Guest xiaochingu.
^if singing is only singing, then where does the dancing come in? if you look at the poster, it only says singer, actor, VJ, MC, and model. so i'm guessing, singer is with dancing right? but how is that supposed to happen in one minute? actually We are searching for people from all categories (Singers, Dancers, Models, Actors, etc.). Also, the most important thing they are looking for is potential for the future. All categories will be judged equally (There is NO favoritism between dancing and singing). Everyone is allowed to audition for any category. Also, you may audition for more than one category, however, it is not required. Everyone will be given a chance to audition. There is NO rhythm test. Only those who audition for the dancer category will dance. They will dance what they have prepared to music that they must provide themselves. this is taken directly from the first post, maybe they forgot to put the dancer position on the poster? i think it would be really weird too, if they wanted you to dance and sing in one minute but, i think from watching previous jyp things...dancing is a big thing for him right? so there should be a dancing category
Guest musicpoplove
HMMM. maybe not the best place to ask this.. maybe i should ask this in the beauty section.. but heres the thing. i have short hair/medium length. i wear hair extensions a lot. should i not wear them to the audition?? what should i prohibit wearing to the audition? like, nailpolish , type of clothing, hat... etc omg i went to sm audition someone with exptension and they lookjed so fake and unnatrual. you can wear them if you want. jus tdont make them fall off during the audition. and whats a a rythem test? freestyle dance? Guest LucKy#1
on the application what does it mean position? and will there be any other auditions in ny or nj this year? (edit) and also what is does 참가번호(No.) mean? (edit again) im keep getting confused with the form! they need a signature at the bottom, but then we have to print it and sign but then...dont we have to email the form to jyp? (edit again!!!) when the application says apply is allowed one the day on the very spot, does that mean you download the form, print it, and then hand it in on the day of the audition? Guest oliviak712
^ well if u can sing the song in chinese really well then I'm sure they wont mind but if u cant then u prob shouldn't take the chance ":Also, the most important thing they are looking for is potential for the future" clarify that please? well if they think that u have potential to be a much better actor, sing, or model then u are right now, they will pick u and train u
Guest rayna
are we recommended to do a english song rather than a korean song? Not unless you sound better in korean than english. IF you sound better in english than korean then sing in english. Or if you have more confidence in speaking either one. My opinion only sing in english. That's just my opinion... ":Also, the most important thing they are looking for is potential for the future" clarify that please? That seeing you by auditioning that they can map out a plan for your debut and how you will do in the entertainment industry. They can see that you have talent and can make it far. ^ well if u can sing the song in chinese really well then I'm sure they wont mind but if u cant then u prob shouldn't take the chance I agree. I think JYP doesn't care; and if you want him to know that you speak another language fluently then just state so in your application.

Guest smile-jw
":Also, the most important thing they are looking for is potential for the future" clarify that please? Well, of couse JYP isn't going to go "WOW SHE HAS TALENT LETS PICK HER". Theres always a certain somthing about that person that stands out, you know? They can see you have the potential to improve and make it far. Not just have talent and never improve any further. Its kinda hard to explain..>< ---- Anyway, The application is totally confusing.
