I finished this drama. I must say, I really LOVE Vic the actor. He picks amazing roles and he did a phenomenal job as Xu Le. I was also amazed by KingOne's acting. He has improved tremendously. Rather than liking the love stories, I really love the friendship between the three main leads.

Two things that bugged the heck out of me was the leading actress and Ken Zhu. The leading actress was so cute in Why Why Love, but her character and acting in this drama was so annoying. I almost couldn't finish this drama because her character and her parents were bugging the heck out of me. Also, I think Ken got worse as an actor than when he first started out in MG. Rather than getting sympathy from me, he made me feel bored (like he looked in every scene). Needless to say, I fast forwarded his scenes.

Other than that, the story was good. The plotline is more original than the Idol dramas.

I can't wait for Vic's new drama.

i totally agree with what you said about vic's roles. he does a great job of picking them! and i always enjoy his dramas so much. i feel that its very different from the other tw dramas that are out there.

Synopsis

Xu Le (許樂) is a bestselling author who never left home. He was recently struck with a case of writer's block and decides to search for inspiration. So he decides to work as a taxi driver hoping that by listening to his passengers; he'll be struck with some inspiration. Coincidentally, Xu Le meets his high school classmate, Ah Hao (阿豪), who is also a taxi driver. Xu Le has not seen Ah Hao for years. Yeaa,  this  is  very nice drama.

But don't find  BALCK  AND  WHITE  drama. This is very  good  drama too.

I just finally got around to watching this drama, after it sat languishing on my external hard drive for years. I can't believe it took me so long to finally watch - I really enjoyed the drama and binged it in a few days. And it did a great job making me want to go to Taiwan someday - the touristy aspect was great.   Somehow I lost episode 11 and it took me forever to find streaming online (it's not on viki??). It's sad how many older dramas are getting lost and difficult to find now.
