just to tell you and whoever's reading this, some of the replies moosecakex gave out contradict the things love=music=life said (she has a direct source to JYP staff). :/....

might be a good idea to merge this thread with love=music=life's thread since it's about the same thing anyway, fix your posts to the updated information given out recently, or ask music=love=life questions before posting so you can make sure that the info you're putting up is right u_u;;;;;;;;;;

there probably wont have tour auditions, but you can always email audition, online audition.

no i dont think so becaue it's all accapella unless i dont know aboutrap but it specfically says accapella. but you can bring it just in case?

you can rap in korean OR english. doesnt matter, what ever sounds best but to show both skills you should do both

i'm 19 years old.. so i dunno .. entertainment companies these days only want younger kids because training years are for a few years..

you bring in a monologue, or a script. and then after you get asked some questions, you go ahead and read your script. and stuff.

i heard you can write your own script..

i also heard that if you are really young, you would rather not do the love theme...

they frown upon it.. cuz youre like really young..

and they look for more than just crying and sadness. so try to look for a script or write one

with vivid emotions. I heard they really like when someones crazy.. up on stage.. like the people who go all out..

im going for singing and acting this audition in march (la)

so im memorizing the scripts right now.. and focusing on emotion..

i have tons of monologues (in korean) (if you are korean)

so you can pm me and i'll give you sum.

and theres probably plenty of english ones online..

do they only ask for you to sing and dance?

or do you sing, dance, model, AND ACT?

so we have to have ready a dance, a song, a pose/catwalk, and a monologue?

Do you have to be really pretty to get into JYP?

cuz i heard jyp its one person at a time or something.

i really dont like the way sm does there auditions but theni think they do it cuz singers have to sing in front of others
