I honestly don't think she looks that different & I don't think she got surgery.

I think she just lost a LOT of weight that made a huge difference as she grew older.

I'm a SNSD fan and I do admit I think Tiffany probably had surgery. I remember how different she looked when her member intro video came out. Oddly enough, either I got used to seeing her or something because she actually looks a lot like how she used to during her trainee days now.
