I agree, BoA just looks hot and edgy, I love the outfit and hair A LOT.

That's because BoA's the one that can pull of ANY hairstyle. Even ones that would look retarded on others, she owns them and makes them look powerful and hot (like that hairstyle she had for Girls on Top.... so awesome, but anyone else I know would look like crap with it)!
