Personally, I prefer Hilary but in this I prefer Boa. It makes Hilary look like she has broader shoulders because of the lowness of the top and the sleeves.

BoA - it just looks more natural on her.

And it's not as tight - because that top is not meant to be tight.

And also, that top has more of a sweet feeling to it, like a natural, sweet feeling, and BoA's really showing that essence of the top, but Hilary makes it look.. Plain, and dull.
